The Dorman Centre — Attraction in Spartanburg

This is one of the worst Walmarts, it's not the most worst but it definitely is one of the worst and I can come up with a top 20 and this one would easily be within one of the top 20 worst Walmarts I've ever been to. I can probably say that just from places I've lived at and then just Walmart visits from travelling that I've probably been to about 30 to 40 Walmart super centers over the years including working at one in my early 20s. This Walmart easily will rank as one of the worst. Lack of service, long lines, no carts, unhelpful employees and aggravating annoying receipt checkers are among the reasons why. I have to stand in line for 30 minutes just to check myself out and then some lazy no help no work employee has then nerve to ask for my receipt after I checked myself out and did their job for them and then ask me to see my receipt?! No thanks and having said that I'll gladly go to Costco or Sam's and gladly show my receipt because believe it or not it's not the same thing, Walmart had no right to ask and a simple fix is hire more cashier's and staff every register lane on the floor, that was a company motto and policy 20 done years ago and it worked it's part of what made the super centers popular; everything under one roof and a quick checkout process with many lanes to get a shopper out the store with little wait. They've forgotten that and what's the point of having 40 registers if your only gonna have 2 or 3 open and a self checkout on each end of the store? Walmart has become an...

I go there 2 times a month for craft supplies and miscellaneous stuff..... and just to browse what's new. The store is clean and well stocked and the employees are generally helpful. The store has one weak spot. The frame center. It's big enough of a disappointment that it knocked 2 stars off their rating. I took a framed artwork to them to have the unusual frame refurbished or replaced as was most practical with the only caveat being that similar style and quality be employed. After a long conversation about why it might not be able to be repaired without destroying it and because of the complex nature of the frame an exact copy could not be done, etc etc. So, unhappy but "stuck" I asked if they would do their best and they said "yes" but I'd have to leave it and come back in about 2 weeks. I thought about it and said, NO. I don't want to leave it. On the way home my wife suggested we go to Hobby Lobby which we did. 30 minutes later and $40 out of pocket, I had my beautiful frame looking brand new. I could not have been happier. I we'll never go to this Walmart again, had a power equipment for out doors, it stopped running, they did not Exchange it out for another, the return lady was rude as H,,, the lead man in auto is a racists person, I spend thousands of dollars a year at this store, it we'll never happened again, (I buy my food , clothes,shoes,guns,bullets,we bought everything here, never again well I buy anything from a Walmart store again, I we'll go to Kmart in Simpsonville SC to Supper KMART this store we'll get my money from now on, they need to build a KMART supper store in Spartanburg , until they do I we'll drive to Simpsonville to Kmart store, This was a pressure washer from power equipment company when you buy a out door equipment from Walmart your closets dealer that we'll work on it is Williamston SC , it we'll take a hour are so just to carry it over there, no way!!!!
