I really don't like having to do this, but my wife and I have given your company, specifically this location, chance after chance after chance for the past 5 years now, the experience just nose dives each time and continues to get worse after each time. Yesterday, August 8th, 2025, my wife and I thought we would give you another go, and again were let down, when we first arrived there was hardly anyone in the family side of your restaurant, we could clearly see there were 4 booths available and that everything one of them was a complete mess. We were then told when we asked for a booth that it would be a 15 minute wait, totally fine, we understand things need to be cleaned, we watched your waitress wipe off the table of the booth she chose to put us with a clearly dirty rag, wiped everything onto the seats from the table and didn't clean the seats off, so we waited and were actually seated in about 7 minutes. As we walked to our booth we could see trash and food everywhere on the floor around all the tables as we passed, so I don't understand, do you not keep a sanitary establishment? When we sat down the table was soaking wet and sticky, the seats were dirty and torn, and there was food under our table. We tried to shrug it all off and cleaned our booth ourselves. When our waiter came and took our order he was pleasant and listened to what we wanted. My wife ordered a pinaple hard seltzer and I ordered a space dust ipa and pretzel bites with beer cheese to start. When we received our pretzel bites they were hot and great no problem there, then when he came back he said you were completely out of the pineapple seltzer, not a problem, so my wife ordered something else. When we were ready to order our meals our waiter took our order and then brought us some napkins. We hung out almost a full hour watching other people come and go and received their full meals before we even received ours, our waiter kept Letting us know he was sorry and it would hopefully be out soon. When we finally received our meals, my wife's meal was cold and she didn't get the correct amount of carrots she asked for, my order was not only cold, but it had things on it that I specifically asked not to be. Our waiter came back and I explained it to him, he apologized and I told him that it was not his fault that he didn't make the food, long story short, the point is that this time only, the waiter we had was very pleasant considering the bad waitresses we've had to deal with in the past, our food was cold and wrong yet again, the entire establishment was dirty and unsanitary, the time waiting for our food was ridiculous for what we received, and yet every time we come in or have a problem there never seems to be any kind of management anywhere, clear signs of a lack of proper training, and nobody keeping things clean, that's not even the kicker, after eating at your restaurant last night, my wife and i got sick YET AGAIN! I am not only appalled by this I am extremely disappointed and my wife and I will never be returning. I will never recommend your restaurant to anyone we know or don't know. I am a Manger myself, and if I had staff and an establishment like yours I would consider closing down and starting fresh since nothing you are doing seems to be working. Your company should be ashamed of yourselves! I pray you take care of your issues before it gets worse....
Read moreUpdate #2: Following up on a visit in early December 2024. Still have not heard from anybody from the Customer Care department, nor have I received a solution to the problem using the link BDubs provided. The "please fill out the form at the bottom of buffalowildwings.com/faq where it says 'Orders & Visits'" does take you to a FAQ page, but there is no form or anything that says "Orders & Visits." I waited till the next day and called the (877) 335-7693 number and was transferred to Guest Relations, twice, to let them know of the issue. They had no idea what I was talking about. I followed up again on December 19 with similar results. Their Customer Care is outsourced and of no help. They told me Iâd hear back from someone soon, but it has been well over a month now. My original messages can be seen below. Hoping to hear something back in 2025?
Update: Received a response from my original review within 30 minutes, which was great. However, the link provided to make it right does not exist on the website or thru the app. Once I got past the language barrier - customer service is obviously farmed out to a call center - I managed to relay my name and contact info, and they said someone would call me later. I'm not going to hold my breath. The poor service continues...
One server for 4 tables in the bar on a slow night. Had to leave my table three times to ask for water for the table, then again for a receipt, then again to ask why I couldnât enter my claim number for points in the app. Never did get the last one resolved as our server was too busy cutting limes at the bar. Server came by our table once after food was delivered to take our drink glasses, but never asked if we wanted another, which we did. The table behind us commented that they had to get up to ask for extras too. Seems to me that four tables at 2 p.m should be easily managed and perhaps receive more attention than if actually busy. We left a tip only because they were probably pooled together for the entire staff, but it wasnât near what we would have left had we received better service. The food is always very good here, but the service needs some work. Might be a while...
Read moreWow! I feel compelled to share my experience at this establishment tonight. I wanted to watch the Sounders playoff game tonight and BWWs is the near by sports bar and one of the most likely establishments to carry such a game. I had one 4.6% 12oz beer over the last hour before heading in.. so for all intents and purposes I was sober and my wife most certainly was entirely sober, having just got off work. So obviously none of that ever crossed my mind. We walked in and I asked if they would be showing the game. The host (possibly manager?) tells me they most likely have it. I say I'd like to know that they have it before we order, because it's unique and I realize most people in America don't watch soccer. He says, without looking, they definitely have it and we can sit in the bar. So ok we walk over to a table in the bar and sit down. The same guy comes over and asks if we were planning on eating or drinking.. I say likely both but I would like to make sure the game is on before we order anything. He says we will only be able to eat. My wife and I exchange an odd glance and I ask if they're not serving alcohol? Then he says he's noticed some signs and it dawns on me he must think I'm drunk or under the influence of some drugs. I look at my wife as it takes her a moment longer to realize what he's even suggesting. I say, "Ok, well we're leaving." And we walk out. The end. Except for us, it's beyond bewildering. I ask my wife if I'm acting strange or if there's something I'm missing. She is just as bewildered as I. Needless to say this is incredibly frustrating, if not potentially offensive, as this is the most convenient way we can watch this soccer game and have a drink. I wish I would have asked more questions but I can't imagine that would have helped. My wife and I both currently work in healthcare and have worked in the food service industry and though I can surmise theory after theory, I can't understand what was going through this guy's mind. So unfortunately we will not likely be returning. Instead tonight we went to a local soccer bar which was not as convenient for us but worked out ideally. If you would like to watch a soccer game with good food, good beer, and good service, go to Hat...
