Awesome eBike Shop for Rentals & Purchase! Adam at Pedego Spring Lake is all about customer service and making sure you have a safe and memorable ride. I reserved a Pedego bike online to ride with my family and to test out riding an ebike and just be outside during this pandemic. Everything was clear in the online rental order on what you would need to do. When I arrived Adam greeted us, I checked in, showed my valid driver’s license, signed the rental agreement, got a quick demo and was off and on my way! Wow are these bikes awesome – have never had so much fun riding and being in the beautiful town of Spring Lake was terrific! At the end of my rental I knew I needed to purchase a Pedego electric bike and talked with Adam about the options. He explained everything and spent time to figure out my needs and what ebike model would be the best for me. I was able to purchase a new City Commuter bike and it’s INCREDIBLE! My bike was on order and Adam kept us updated with when it would arrive, scheduled time for me to come out and pick it up and walked me through everything I could possibly need to know to ride and maintain my bike. After years of biking and owning many types of bikes, it became clear to my husband and me that we were no longer 30 and the time had come to invest in an e-bike. After doing MUCH research and test riding several different e-bikes, my husband and I decided Pedego was the best choice for us. The variety of bike styles they offered, the quality of their components and comfort level were the ultimate factors.

Adam, the owner, was very personable, a wealth of information and incredibly helpful in helping us to decide which bike style suited us the best. He answered our numerous questions with patience, a ready smile and never pressured us into buying anything more than we wanted. We took different bikes out for multiple test rides and there was never a hesitation on his part to give us the time we needed to make our decision.

My beautiful white Interceptor with brown trim and my husband's jazzy looking red Boomerang are now sitting in our garage waiting to take us on our next biking adventure. Picked up my Pedego Trail Tracker tonight from Adam and am looking forward to Spring-like weather to really start enjoying it. My wife got a Pedego last fall and I knew I needed one after seeing how much she enjoyed hers.

I went in the shop last Saturday and was immediately attracted to the Trail Tracker on display in the window. Adam mentioned it was slightly used (23 miles on the odometer) and had been returned by a customer. I took it for a ride and was hooked. I asked him what were the circumstances that led to the customer returning the bike, concerned that there may be a problem of some kind.

He said it had been purchased last year and the man who purchased it had passed away shortly after he bought it. He said he was trying to help out his widow and was selling it on consignment for her. When I told him I’d take it, he asked do you want THIS one or the brand new one I have. I told him that as he was trying to help this woman that I wanted to help her, too, and would buy THIS one!

Not a lot of businesses would help out in such a situation the way that Adam did. He’s a first-class act and worthy of...
