Vixen Beauty — Attraction in Spring Valley

If we can give this company a minus 5 star rating we would. Their communication is poor. Imagine purchasing products and never getting them because the company (Vixen) sent them to a wrong address. This is after attempted to correct the address on your end, which failed and reaching out to them, Their only reply is, "pay an additional shipping fee and a restocking fee, and we will deliver to your specified address." Because the package was delivered to the incorrect address, it was sent back to the sender, VIXEN, who didn't issue a refund until weeks later, AFTER we notified them that UPS confirmed the package had been returned to the sender WEEKS AGO. We were then informed by Vixen "oh sorry, we attempted to issue a refund, but cash app rejected the payment since it was a duplicate," which anyone familiar with cash app knows isn't true. As long as you have the funds to send, the payment goes through. Exercise caution when buying anything from this company. Terrible company and terrible customer support. We will never do business...

I’ve been working to remove my Permanent Brow Makeup with Jasmine @ Vixen Beauty Studios with Laser Tattoo Removal, and absolutely changed my life! I got permanent brow makeup that I wasn’t happy with, and going to Vixen for the last 5 sessions every 6 weeks consistently allowed me to nearly remove 98% of the blue black pigment that was previously a “powder brow.” I wanted sooo badly to see my natural brows again, and Jasmine helped my achieve this in the last 6 months. Jas is such a sweet and accommodating esthi, and because of her and this studio’s services, I look forward to coming back every time. The procedure itself is a 7/10 pain for only a short 5 minutes (small area), and it heals quickly when applied with sunscreen and protectant daily. I 10000/10 recommend Jasmine for tattoo removal, and I’ll be coming back again...

For the amount of money I paid and terrible results, I would not recommend. I wish I received better service and not even a partial refund for the poor results I got.

Additional review after talking to them for a solution: I am also a professional in the beauty industry and i understand how aftercare works. I explained that i did everything I was told as I should. They basically implied that I was uneducated which is why I want to leave an extremely honest review about their customer “care”.

They had zero solutions for me so I told them I wanted a refund since I had to go back twice to get the services removed and I STILL have filler left over but will not be returning.

I only recently had cool sculpting done because it is actually fixing my skin, making it bounce back from the trash...
