Tractor Supply Co. — Attraction in Springboro

I have been shopping at this location for many many years. Today I am so disappointed in the staff. We always bring our pup with us when we shop, today was no different. We were getting her a new harness, food, and some treats. Unfortunately, while fitting her for her harness, she had an accident on the floor. No worries, we blocked the isle so no one walked in it, while I sent my son to the front for paper towels. The front associate came back and said he was getting the manager (not sure why). The next thing I knew I was met in the isle by Allie, the manager. She was extremely unprofessional and was clearly upset. I simply stated that all I was asking for was paper towels and a little cleaner so I could take care of the situation. This isn’t something I carry around in my purse, sorry!! She proceeds to tell me that her associate was going to throw up. Really??? She points to the paper towels and said they were right there (atop a stack of dog food). How the heck was I supposed to know!?!? Needless to say, I cleaned up the issue. Asked if they had any hand sanitizer anywhere. Was also met with more unpleasant attitude- that she could open a bottle and the store could expense it. Um- shouldn’t you have some at the registers anyway. Hello?!? I asked that she please not bother herself with that. My family and I immediately left the store and after sanitizing, went to the local pet store for our needs. I am not sure that I will be returning after...

I Poor service, higher people that don’t know what to do. Definitely lack of training price is much higher than Rural King I used to shop there all the time before they made their enlargement since I’ve made their enlargement. They have been hiring people that have no clue of where anything is or how to even locate it. I was in there today needing help for a lawn more Veebelt, and there’s a tall fin kid working first of all. I had no idea where they was Located and I told them they were over here at the side of the wall so we went over there and he had no idea of how to help me. They are hiring people without training them very poor Service. Can’t wait till we get a Rural King or something like that in Springboro. I would not even bother shop in here. Their prices are jacked up as well. Better prices...

I almost never know what I’m looking for but ROB always does! He’s an awesome employee with great customer service! ROB is a gem TSC give that man a raise 😉. If you go to the Springboro TSC location and your unsure as to what your looking for just ask for him. Anna was my cashier, she has such a down to earth personality and a welcoming smile. I love going here because the employees seem like family. Keep up the good work ya’ll, great customer service is hard to come...
