Didn't get the right pizza. Called the store about it and they kept putting me on hold. They switched me several times. My order was for $30 so it was very unsettling to say the least. So being red under the collar I took a ride to the store. The delivery person argued with me saying they gave him the wrong pizza...duh! Someone should have checked. They finally was going to refund my money. The money still isn't showing in my account. I'm calling my bank tomorrow. I have a security system in the building that I live in and I needed to buzz him in. He did nothing but rant and rave about another person not letting him in...duh again. It's a secured building! I'm never going to this Hut again. Customer beware. ; ( EDIT: It's been around two months since my purchase and I'm yet to receive a deposit back on my debit card. My next step will be to contact my bank regarding this issue. Unfortunately I lost my receipt for that pizza purchase somehow, so I probably will never get reimbursed for those pizza's. Will edit again when I know more.
Well, it's 10-6-22 and I still haven't heard from Pizza Huts district manager or the store manager. As I stated earlier, I'm never going back to this Pizza Hut or any for that matter. The Hut isn't the only pizza store out there. Be safe, everyone. ; D
Ok...I lied...I broke down and ordered two personal pan pizzas. They were delivered very hot and within 25 minutes and both pizzas were delicious. But, I still haven't received the return to my bank acct. I'll chalk it up to lesson...

After reading multiple reviews I come to find out that most you as our customers say your never coming back to Pizza Hut again, but yet you do. Also, before you wanna say “the customer is always right” why don’t you actually tell the whole story about how you call the store and scream and cuss out the staff because your food wasn’t there on time. That is not the proper way you call and find out where your food is. You need to call and speak to my staff as is they were a person, not someone who should bend to your every wish just because you are the customer. We are also customers and want you to think about how you would like it if we came into your job or called on the phone and screamed at you for screwing up our order. Think before you speak to someone, because the more you scream at us, the more are going to hang up on you and refuse you help you. And go ahead and call the customer service hotline and complain and get your free pizza coupons. Truth be told, if you just call the store and speak to us like we are people and respect our feelings to, we will be more than happy to assist you. Just a little food...
Read moreOrdered carside delivery. Checked in through the confirmation email as directed and waited 20 minutes and nothing. So I called the store 4 times and nobody answered. I then go inside and not a employee in sight. After 5 minutes a employee emerges from the back of the store and immediately pulls out his phone and starts messing around with it. I stood there until he decided he was done social networking, when he realized I was there he asked me if I had a order in? I told him yes it was a carside order and I waited 20 minutes for someone to bring it out and when nobody came out I called the store 4 times and nobody answered. He had no excuse, turned around and grabbed my order and said here ya go. I work when I'm working but apparently he doesn't. This is terrible customer service and I will not be back. I spent 40 minutes waiting for a pizza that was already done and sitting in a warmer. Places like this do not deserve our business. Pizza Hut is a business and needs to act like it....
