BAD PLACE!! I wish there were a zero stars option. I have been doing business with Ron for 20yrs or better. Back when it was 71 Pawn. Lots of my money went there. Tried to buy an item today. Employee agreed to pay the sales tax and I didnt even ask. Filled out paperwork and had the money (CASH) on the counter. As I watied for another employee to verify his work I waited several minutes while he was on the computer. Then the other employee proceeded to tell me it was priced too cheap. Showed me where they were priced online with no bids for about $80-100 more. I then explained I can ask anything I want for an item. That does NOT mean its worth that. And obviously it wasnt because nobody had bought it or even bid on it online. I proceeded to tell him to keep it and he offered to honor the price plus taxes. Such a shame they are like this. I have spent tens of thousands there. Not a penny more. They pull nonsense like this then wonder why they cant get business and have to close stores? I spend a LOT of money at Springdale, Rogers, Harrison, and Centerton. Not anymore. Such a shame. I honestly hope they keep failing now and have to close every store they own. Send the business to the other shops in town that appreciate people that spend money in their stores. PAWN CUSTOMERS take your business elsewhere. Just look at the gimmicks on their sign. Take your item down the road and get more for it and a lot friendlier staff to help in your time of need. Avoid this greedy business like the plague.
UPDATE! found the same item at a local shop for $18 less and in better condition with original packaging. Plus, they covered the taxes! Now thats a score! In a way im glad this dump...

I have TWO full time jobs; one of them is with the State of AR and have been employed for two years (which also entails EXTENSIVE Background checks) and I am self employed ALL verifiable.
I offered to give them an extra day if they wanted to verify my employment because they seemed to act suspicious of the details of my application. All but TWO of my references were out of state. I am a military brat and have friends and family all over the country and world. When calling my references ,First they said no one would answer, I then sent them messages asking them answer, they did, when they spoke to them they were asked multiple questions about my employment and living situation to where my references felt as though they were trying to be caught in a lie and even though they ALL confirmed who I was and where I worked.
The female employee (the only Latina working there at the time) stated āthe stories donāt line up with what I stated on the applicationā as if Iām asking four other adults to lie for me so I can get a PlayStation.
While I am waiting there are multiple people in and out with little to no questions asked. While the ONE African American (myself, everyone else was Caucasian or Latinos like them) was treated like I was trying to scam them.
In the end, I decided paid cash for the PlayStation directly from PlayStation, and not get the bed set in the future I saw while there, but I would of LOVED to be treated as a tax paying, law abiding, hardworking, citizen who that wanted to do...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience, I have been doing business with them off and on the last 6 years, I've bought 2 washer dryer sets in the 6 years and both times when we've gone in to set up an extra years of insurance when we paid them off both times our automatic draft has been deleted making our insurance invalid, no one even tried to contact us to let us know if there was a problem with our draft or payment. My husband and I went to set up automatic draft for our current washer and dryer, the company came out with a loaner and brought me a side by side not realizing i needed stackable, they said they needed to locate a stackable unit for me and I never heard from them again, when i reached out to them they told me my insurance was invalid but they would do me a courtesy by picking up my washer and look at it with no loner leaving me eithout a washer for 2-3 weeks, I got it back today fixed and yes while so far it seems to be working properly now it's taken over 2 years to get it fixed because I was given the run around and it turns out the main board was out and has been out since day 1 of getting my washer I was never able to use any other setting and was told by Mario it was probably just my water pressure and nothing was ever done to see what was wrong till recently. I recived my washer back today and it's covered in appliance paint, which I have never put appliance paint on my machine, the inside soap despenser was filthy, and my dryer was never even re connected to the vent. My vent was damaged when the delivery guys came to pick up my washer. Absolutely nightmare dealing with this company! 10000% find somewhere else to go! This place...
