Rhea Lana's of NWA and Fayetteville — Attraction in Springdale

I have been consigning regularly with RL’s the past few years but I probably won’t ever again. This past fall sale, I guaranteed all my items. I only had 15 items, mostly all new with the tags! When you guarantee them, you have to bring them all in & they check them by # order. When I went to pick them up, the drop off times were odd. It was like 10-1 & 5-7 on a Monday. I was a few mins late after 1, when I went for pickup. One lady told me “you can get your items but since you’re late, we can’t guarantee them.” I went to retrieve my items & I only had 3 that didn’t sell. Of course, 1 item is missing that was priced at $80. I went to lost & found and donate to search for the item. I checked everywhere but nothing, by this time it was about 1:30. Even when I was at the 50% sale a few days earlier I didn’t see the item on the floor. Most workers were helpful but one was not. The same lady who said I would have to forfeit my guarantee, asked me “what I was doing?” when I was looking for my item. After I couldn’t find the item, she then said, “you need to go & we can’t guarantee your items because technically we’re closed & we’re not suppose to be working right now.” Granted, I drove over an hour to participate in the sale but I think it’s not worth my...

I used to love consigning here and shopping. I have for many years. But for some crazy reason, my check for the Spring 2023 season was short. I contacted Ashley and was told it would be mailed to me. No apologizes or explanations. I waited several weeks and nothing showed up. I contacted her again and was told she was on vacation and it would be mailed to me that Monday. Here I am several weeks later as Rhea Lana's new sale is coming up in May. And guess what? Still no check. This is the craziest thing I've ever had happen!!

Update: 5 weeks after picking up my original short check I have received payment for the rest of what was owed. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3. I'm still not sure if I will ever consign here again...

I realize that we, my daughter and myself, went on the first 'half price' day, and they still had a fair amount of inventory left for sale. It was STILL lacking in important shopping needs - (costing one star) as they had ZERO carts for shopping, though they offered (for MONEY) an oversized, strange and difficult to maneuver reusable shopping bag! Oh! They also had signs on a few child wagon/carts that were for sale... Though I couldn't call the prices on those as being fair. We had to find a place, up front, to set down items we wanted, and then go back to shopping - and we did this more than 5 times!
