Thumpers Used Appliances — Attraction in Springdale

In the market for reasonably priced refrigerator, washer, and dryer and overwhelmed by the cost of buying new, I decided to shop for used when I happened across Thumpers. Even though they were in the middle of moving the business from the original location to the new shop, Jeff patiently educated me on the pros and cons of the various models in stock each time I went in. They were well stocked with appliances at different price points and we purchased all three pieces and had them delivered quickly and courteously. Rude and unprofessional. One of them had a huge thing of chewing tobacco in his mouth which make it difficult for him to talk. He had to stop and spit every minute or so. He then was extremely condescending to my boyfriend and tried to start a fight with him over the cord we needed for our dyer.

This is the second dryer we've bought from them and when I told the guy the last one barely last a year he just shrugged and said that's what happens when you buy used.

I will not be back.

Update to say my dryer is already broken and I've had it...

They installed my touch screen stereo and a backup camera. Almost 3 years later the camera started getting fuzzy. They took it back in, cleaned the connections and got it looking great again. All at no charge. Now that's rare great customer service. I will only be going to them for any of my needs for car audio. Plus they sell appliances if you need a good deal on a washer or dryer.
