Went into store saw a grill I liked. Went home to order (Friday Oct 10) because I wanted it built new out of the box. Waited the 48hr for it to be built out of the box. I called ahead (Sunday Oct12) to make sure it was built and ready for pick up. The lady said it was ready for pick up. I show up to be told it wasn’t built. Then the one manager was wheeling up the display model. I said I will not accept that because it was filthy with finger prints. She got an attitude with me said this is standard procedure. I laugh and said no it is not. You only sell a display if it’s the last one. Mind you if that’s standard procedure why did I have to wait (48hr) for one to be built. She again had an attitude and said FINE! then be that way. I also spoke with another manager because I was done dealing with a so called manager with an attitude. Jeremy “the other manager” began to tell me the same thing. I explained myself further about the situation. I bought a new grill not a display that everyone and their brother had touched. He told me that it’s the display or I need to wait for “the builder” to come in Monday to build it.
I have never been treated with such disrespect and lies. This is not a standard procedure. They never built one and admitted that on the radio. The lady who answer my call also admitted she never checked but was told it was built. Anytime a store sells a display it is usually at a discount price. And again if that’s “standard procedure” why did I have to wait a 48hr for it to be built when the display was already there.
Bottom line to the mess is they are unprofessional, rude and incompetent at their jobs. They lie straight to your face and have an attitude the entire way. Customer service is a 0 star. When I went to the gun counter I was told it was a rebate despite none of the signage saying it was a rebate, after me and the employee went on s&w's website to confirm that it was not actually a rebate he showed me other unrelated firearm deals. I asked if there was anything they could do price wise because there is a sign right next to us with a picture of the exact gun I was trying to buy saying up to $100 off, I was willing to settle for something but the best they cpuld do was $20 in store credit. When I told them they shouldn't have a sign saying theres a sale if there is not a sale, they blamed s&w saying they shipped it to them. Even if s&w mails you a sign, if your store does not reflect the sale, why is the signage up? Feels like blatant misadvertising and was a huge waste of time.

Saw a pair of shoes I have wanted for awhile so I drove from west York to the east side of town because they said they were in stock online. Got there and literally had none of my size in the color. After talking to an associate she said that a few pairs had been stolen a week or two ago. My only thing is that why wouldn't you update your inventory for the customers shopping online for store pick up or just wanna come check the place out.
