I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience at Floor and Decor was. Truly, truly an absolutely fantastic experience! Admittedly, I wasn't expecting much, I just assumed I'd walk in, fend for myself, find what I needed, and walk out - however that wasn't the case at all! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by smiling Patrick, the cashier! Even though he was technically stationed at the cash register, he still took a few moments to walk me around... He then found BRIA, who he kindly passed me off to and she was absolutely amazing, like truly so kind, informative, and most of all patient. She walked me through all and every option, all while I was sending photos and making calls to my husband to ensure he was on board. She respected that I was on a budget and helped guide me in the right direction. She really was a joy to work with. Once we selected a tile, she helped me find all the other necessary items to complete our project. We ended up running into Lexi, who was wonderful as well, and even when I had what I needed, she stuck around with Bria and I to make sure I felt taken care of! Lastly, Fletcher was sooo nice even through the small gesture of lifting the tile boxes and getting them in my car. My husband and I had the greatest experience purchasing bathroom flooring thanks to employee DENNIS HILL! He welcomed us immediately providing service with a smile. We brought only a sample of our cabinet marble top, and the colored paint chip we had chosen and within less than a minute he showed us the perfect match, with a variety of finishes to choose from. We also felt he went above and beyond as he helped us answer ALL of our contractor's questions! Dennis was highly knowledgeable about the entire flooring process which made it so much easier for us (who aren't as knowledgeable about the process). He then kindly stayed with us at the checkout explaining to his most lovely and most helpful coworker (Jenneh Kanneh) what our needs were (i.e. arrangements for our contractor to pick up what we purchased and have everything packaged and ready for them to pick up our flooring the very next day!
