Iāve really tried with the furniture Iāve purchased here about 1.5 year(s) ago. I purchase two sofas and a recliner.
The recliner they sold me, they sold me with the wrong remote, so I had to purchase another from Amazon for 40 dollars, and the wires constantly need to be reconnected for the lift mechanism to work. I purchased the recliner from the floor with a working remote specifically because Iām disabled and needed something to help me sleep and get up. They switched the remote at pick up, unbeknownst to me. When installing the correct remote, we found that the chair frame was broken so I had to pay someone to fix it, because the furniture was sold āfrom a clearence center, as-isā, which is all they will say if you call the number. They donāt really care about how much you spent, if the furniture is broken, not working, or if they pick parts when you purchase and pick up your order. The new remote button just recently became stuck and snapped the motor mounts. The manufacturer offers a warranty but because Raymour sold this at a clearance center, I have to buy a replacement motor for $200 and have someone come out to replace it. Now Iām in the hole with this chair for what it would have cost to go buy one new from Boscovs or another retailer. The cost of the chair, parts, and repairs, about a $1000. This store even had the nerve to offer to have me come in to shop for a new recliner.
The two couches seemed great, but like the recliner, had issues. The felt under the couches and edges began tearing soon after purchase which I had to have repaired almost immediately. Which then showed broken frames that made one sofa unusable because the staples and underlying metal frame cut up the cushions. The person I had to repair this furniture also found trash, toys, and other stuff hidden inside.
Donāt walk, run from this store, before they rip you off or scam you out of your money and sell you literal trash and broken furniture. Will be reporting to the better business bureau and the state attorney general. Now I have to replace 3 pieces of furniture...

Wasn't even in the market to purchase however, with Kelani's help and after calculating the discounts and adding sales tax, I just had to have it! Paid for it and came the very next day to pickup. So excited making some of the team fill with laughter because of my expressed joy, the sofa ended up Not being wrapped correctly. The seat cushions popped out on Sproul Rd and the sofa went crashing all over the road on Baltimore Pike. It was horrible staring from the rear window, watching my "love at first sight sofa" bounce around the other vehicles that were speeding uphill towards it! We stopped, turned around, jumped out both truck doors ajar to try and retrieve the sofa. Multiple motorist stopped and jumped right in to assist. The one mans facial expressions confirmed what my heart felt. Broken, ripped and torn apart like my love at first sight sofa! Then to realize that it was missing a seat cushion, crushing! And just like looking for a lost brown puppy, we went backtracking but, to no avail. My partner knew I was crushed and hadn't processed long enough to thing about ways of saving "her chocolateness. So my partner drove back to Raymour Flannigan, jumped out leaving me in the car, and disappeared into the store. Only to return with ANOTHER receipt in hand! I asked,"what did you do?" Well, another sales person LIED and said that he remembered him, ( my partner NEVER ENTERED the store prior) And, he sold another sofa. Now while this may be great business for Raymour Flannigan, and the Sales man, financially it did damage on my end. To say that I will not return, I'd be lying! As the months went by, a rich and rewarding relationship between us and the clearance center developed. She kept us informed with text message notifications about new furniture in stock that might be of interest to us. Kalani also sends photos of multiple angles to give us the most accurate perspective on the item(s). When I enter the clearance center, the other salespeople greet us with warm familiarity and automatically call their colleague Kalani to come service us. Kalani is the consummate professional. Sheās attentive, considerate, kind, patient, and responsive. Sheās the kind of human being who makes the perfect salesperson. And this Raymour and Flanigan Clearance has been the gift that keeps on giving to my family and me. ...
