Hungry A — Restaurant in Marple Township

I’m actually really irritated. I literally asked the lady at the register if they had turkey bacon she said yeah, so I ordered a turkey bacon & egg sandwich. Once I got to my destination I opened up my sandwich & it’s pork bacon. So I called and spoke to the manager and she was literally no help. Like I told her exactly what happened and she was just like “yeah we don’t have turkey bacon” so I told her that the lady at the register told me they did. If she would’ve told me they didn’t have turkey bacon I wouldn’t have gotten anything. But now I’m stuck with a sandwich I can’t even eat because I don’t eat pork. & im hungry asf which is pissing me off even more cause I don’t have time to get anything else atm. I don’t even leave reviews but I’m really irritated bc it didn’t seem like the manager wanted to even help me...

Good afternoon Google Family!! I have visited this location before years ago. I decided to visit today since I haven't gone there in awhile. They have breakfast options available, but nothing that has less calories for breakfast. So I ordered a grilled chicken salad to take out. I asked Micky (the owner) could I order a salad so early and she said yes. It was about 7:00 AM. I paid for it and then I left and went back. I wanted to go to the supermarket and to CVS and to a bank. I accomplished all of my errands and then I went back to pick up my salad. The salad was good, a lot of lettuce, plus tomatoes and chicken. Sometimes you feel that you should not write a review, because you don't want to share a location and see it overrun as a result. However going against my best judgment, I am writing one, because this place is amazing. It is so out of character with other places I have had breakfast round here. The food is really good. The staff -- well, that sounds remote -- the really nice people who work there provide amazing service. All the pictures, posters and material on the walls are all quite old and fascinating, so while you are waiting to have your food cooked from scratch, you will have something to read. If you want to run in and out, this is not probably for you. It is a real local hangout, and I am pleased...
