Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Marple Township

Hello people reading this post. Tonight on 11/21/23 I decided to get chipotle. I usually get food from the chipotle every Monday, but today was different. When I usually get food from this chipotle location it is pretty much consistent. But today, like I said was much different. I asked for white rice and it was clumped up. Then the lady passed it on to the next station, and this is where it got EVEN WORSE. I asked for mild, which I got, but then I said NO corn salsa yet she decided to give me it anyway. Then for my mother she asked for guacamole for her veggie bowl, but they didn’t even have any quac. How can you be known for your quac and not even have any. There was so many other people in waiting for their food, which when me and my mother finished eating those people were still there waiting for the take out orders. Hey i never do this but we are working overnight at the giant near by and we stopped in around 940ish pm to get some food and as soon as we walked in we were greeted, now i was a GM for chipotle a few years ago for for a few different chipotles and ill tell you that that right their is almost impossible lol we came up to the lane everything was spotless on the line, the gentleman took my order and calmly walked me through and got my order together i ended up getting a bowl, then he went back and took my coworkers order, what surprised me was that they didnt rush us and customer service was perfect the cashier(guy) asked me if i wanted chips or something to drink we paid and he said to have a good night, the two guys that worked the line had perfect customer service, not sure if they always do this or not but made my day....

I walked in at 11: 15 to order, my food in the place was clean and the Asian lady that works in there. She’s so sweet and very polite. I got my burrito bowl and my soda . The food was really cold and that was not acceptable, especially when the store had only open half an hour ago my sprite was flat . I asked the manager if he could replace the sprite but instead he decided to go get lunch instead of change it, and when I went back and I asked did you change it he said no and that was not sincerely in his response. Customer comes first . You should not be sitting down eating your lunch when your store is not ready to be run the proper way.
