Horrible service I wanted to exchange from a coat that was 5999 to another coat that was 3999 and it cost me over an hour and I still have not received a refund the cashier Marie had no idea what she was doing and put the remaining balance onto a gift card and not on the debit card that I paid for the merchandise with I asked for a manager Noelle tried to tell me that the refund went back to my card when both receipts said they went onto a gift card! unacceptable when I tried to get someone else to help she tried to return before item which meant I needed to go out into my car with three kids in the rain to get my id just to get my $20 back do not shop here too many crackheads not enough valuable workers I will never...

Absolutely the most DISGUSTING/Dirty store I've ever entered in my entire life. Definitely will not be returning customer. There's clothes thrown all over the floor and in the hallways where people walk. Somebody is going to hurt themselves walking around in this store. Nobody has work ethic anymore. And this Burlington is the prime example of that! wish I could give ZERO STARS. this store needs to be closed if it can't properly and be SAFELY accessible to customers without tripping over clothes and other things that are for sale. I went to return an outfit that still had the tags. But because I didn't have the receipt or registered the purchase through a phone number I could not exchange it or return for store credit. They would do nothing. I don't know the reason for the decision to not support returns without a receipt but it is frustrating and I won't ever shop there again.
