I ordered a $5000 lawn mower and paid for it in full with the expectation to receive it the following week (I was told that the store would receive a few and I had to pay in advance to secure a mower). The day it was supposed to be delivered I did not receive any call to schedule the delivery so I called the store in the afternoon. I was told that the mowers arrived too late at the warehouse and did not make it onto the truck to the store. They would be working on a special delivery so I didn't have to wait another week. The days passed and I called several times to check on the status and I kept getting excusions. According to the employee the mower was picked up by a freight company last week. The warehouse is 130mi away from here and it still hasn't arrived at the store 5 days later.
Yesterday I was promised that I would get the mower delivered today. However, nothing happened AGAIN today so I called the store. I was told that the mower arrived at the store yesterday but they are not sure whether it has been assembled, yet and they cannot deliver it and I have to wait until tomorrow. I keep getting excuses after excuses, my grass is not waiting to grow and ACE Hardware also was very quick in charging my credit card.
This was my first purchase at this store and it is hasn't been a pleasant one so far!

When going through the side ones, there is nothing visible to guide customers to what merchandise is located where. The staff were very helpful in assisting me with what I was looking for. And I accidentally left my sunglasses at the checkout. The cashier came out to the parking lot with them in an effort to find me. Fortunately. I was on my phone, and I hadn't left yet. There is only one guy who does it a few days a week and no one else, not even the managers can check the progress and were rude when I asked a date of when it would be done.
