Actually love Aldi on a whole. Used to go to Watchung store and will travel back there from now on even though Springfield one is closer. Went this morning to Springfield and like the other review there were no self service lanes open. Went to open cashier, Rosa and she proceeded to THROW my food into the cart after she rang it up. Even after I made a remark that I was about to pay $100 for this food and she was throwing cans on top of bagged products , she didn't have the decency to apologize. Awful customer service itsv1159am all the self checkout registers are CLOSED. I ASKED THE CASHIER, IF THE SELF CHECKOUT COULD BE OPEN, SHE TOLD ME NO ANOTHER CUSTOMER ASKED FOR A MANAGER, SHE SAID THERE WASN'T ONE AVAILABLE, SO WE HAVE 39 PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE FOR 1 CASHIER TO RING US ALL OUT.
