I went to shop Friday morning after taking my kids to school for the first time, and I heard yelling from the fitting room it was a older lady arguing with a young lady who was by the home department and she yelled '' she has her master degree and well at least she's not on welfare'' to the young lady halfway across the ross Infront of everyone customers staff and security. when I asked who the lady was in the fitting room to an associate I was informed, she's the MANAGER OF THE STORE named MADEA! I was SHOCKED, VERY Unprofessional and disrespectful. especially Infront of customers and staff. I will be contacting Corporate because that's a disgusting thing to say to the young lady when I overheard her say one of the managers was getting her the number for HR after the store manager refused to help her and told her to google it. she needs to be fired and removed super unprofessional, if that's how she talks to an employee i can only imagine management meetings. such a horrible first experience...

They stock up on really nice items and great prices… they’re almost as good as TJ Maxx… However, Their bed set deals take the leading win in my eyes.. I got a 10 piece King size bed set comforter for $54.99… YOU CANT BEAT THAT!! As I was checking out, I noticed their one cashier was miserable and had zero customer service skills.. they need to fix that. She was the only one up there, she needed Atleast two others checking customers out. This a brand new location, has a lot of potential, and customer service is very important. The cashiers are the front face and last face customers see when they walk out. And let me tell you, this lady was miserable.. she didn’t even say hi, she said “NEXT” and started snatching my stuff to scan it. That made me want to give 1 star, but I’m an honest gyal and I can see why she was acting that way. She had no help...

I just wanna say customer service was terrible today , besides the gentleman with the green shirt at the fitting room it seemed as if he was the only employee who actually knew something ! But what actually got under my skin was loss prevention there is no way in hell it’s professional for you to snatch a receipt out of someone’s hand and won’t expect a reaction . I don’t think it takes 2 people to scan out 6 items is clothing , the brother with the Loccs he was cool but the female loss prevention worst customer experience for her and I do security for a living and her service is making me return my items tomorrow .
