Jewelry Exchange — Local services in Springfield

Sham, Sham, Sham! Do NOT buy anything from this place. I bought a necklace as a gift for my boyfriend; he didn't like it; I go to return it and find out (to my utter surprise!) it's exchange-only--a fact they don't disclose ANYWHERE in the store. But the woman tells me, "It's on the receipt, and I won't take it back because you probably already wore it." Shocking--and how convenient to disclose that exchange-only policy on the receipt after the purchase was made. And I believe her disparaging comment was discriminatory (I suppose people, "like me," wear jewelry and try to return it, right?!). DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to be scammed...

I am the wife that was given this necklace , I did not break it , I simply unclipped it and was about to put it on my neck when the chain separated from the heart …. The word broke would indicate something by force , there was no force involved … are you in business to give the best customer service to your customers or throw around the word accountability ? It was bought yesterday, why couldn’t you just fix it to make it whole again , I am sure you have those capabilities in store ..? Thanks for ruining an anniversary gift ! All to prove who’s right or wrong ? That’s bad business in my eyes … It was $94.89...

These guys are truly great and provide an amazing service. I’ve been going to them since 2020 buying various jewelry pieces and have always been treated with honest, sincere, and genuine service. Being a huge fan of watches, I have bought and taken many watches to them to fix or adjust and they always help me find a good size and have even repaired watches for me for a super great price. They sell amazing pieces of jewelry and are truly friendly people that want to see their customers happy. As I prepare to propose soon to my girlfriend, I can see myself buying the ring from them....
