I went there in November to purchase a bedroom set. They told me everything would be ready except the dresser mirror which they could bring at a later date. When they brought my stuff, they delivered a broken chest dresser. The track for one of the drawers was completely broken so the drawer was hanging down on one side. I pointed it out to one of the delivery guys and they told me to call the store. The lady from the store apologized and said that when they deliver my mirror, they would bring me a new dresser. Ok.... Well, the guys showed up to deliver my mirror, but NO chest dresser, and, NO wooden attachments to put the mirror onto the dresser. When I asked about the chest, they told me that they were not aware of delivering the chest, and, that they would have to go back to the store to get the attachments to bring them back later that day. Ok.... When the delivery guys returned, they didn’t show up with the wooden attachments that the floor model had. They showed up with metal tracks for wall shelving. I asked the delivery guys about it and they told me, that they were told, “some come with wood, and some come with metal” and proceeded to attach the mirror. I was not happy at all about them drilling holes in the back of the dresser where holes were not intended to be. OK.... I decided to go into the store to ask about my chest dresser and they told me that they didn’t really know what happened and that I wouldn’t be able to get a new chest until after December 31st. It is now January 3rd and I have not heard anything from them. I still have the broken chest!! Read moreExtremely upset with this company and I’m having a heck of a time getting resolution. My family ordered two loveseats on May 4, 2025 for a little over $2700, which finally arrived 16 weeks later (after being given a 12 week estimate). Two days after delivery, we attempted to use one of the recliners and it did not work. It appeared the release handle for the recliner was not connected to anything. After leaving several messages with both my sales person and the service department, a repair person came out a little over a week later to take a look. He did not end up having the part necessary to correct the problem and offered to tape it so that the recliner function would work in the meantime. I figured that was as good as it was going to get until the new part came in so I accepted that fix. After not hearing from anyone for another week, I decided to call and leave a voicemail (no one was available in the service department) asking for an ETA for the part and the return of the service person. I am awaiting a call to find out when my brand new loveseat will be repaired and functional. Figuring somebody will hopefully come back out soon, I thought I would inspect both love seats just to ensure there are no other problems. Being that these were custom-made for us because we wanted manual recliners and not electric I was hoping they would be perfect. Much to my dismay I see and unfortunately feel open ended staples just below the arm rest on the other recliner. Read moreWhen reviewing business I take multiple things into consideration, a couple of them being that being understanding is important and that things out of your control just happen. In this particular situation, communication was needed and, unfortunately, did not happen. My husband and I have bought multiple pieces of furniture from here. All great quality. The salespeople there have always been super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The issue: the teams lack of communication. We scheduled two pieces of furniture to be delivered and decided after 7 days of waiting that we would pick them up. (We were super anxious and excited that we couldn't wait) My husband picked them up, unwrapped them, and found one of the night stand broken. The box looked like it had been dropped. No big deal, we understand things happen, and my husband called M. Jacob's explained the condition he found the night stand in and requested a new one be delivered. The person then said they would direct our issue to our salesman and he would he returning our call. After waiting 4 hours, we called again, a different person answered and said this issue needs to go to the service department and THEY would call us back. I should mention they didnt provide an explanation on why we didnt get a call back. We let them know that we don't care who calls us back, we just need the night stand replaced. We again did not get a phone call and decided to send an email with again, no response. We are frustrated and upset with their lack of communication as this could have been easily resolved with...
