I recently ordered Skechers Uno sneakers on the app which I normally wouldn't do. I usually need to try shoes on first cuz, as we know, ALL shoes size differently. So, of course, I wound up ordering them way too big. So you can't exchange sizes online so I was actually excited when they told me I had to go in-store to do it cuz I've never been to this outlet yet, even though it's been on my to-do list. Now, keep in mind, store inventory can be completely different from the selection online, same goes for prices and sales. But I knew I'd find something that I'd fall in love with! 😍👟 So I was initially looking for a bright color from the Unos collection but then I spotted these Uno wedge Hi-steps in white with a touch of gold. (very classy) I knew these were gonna be my choice cuz of the extra (extra) lift. Unos already have a nice chunky heel but these have a tad bit more! (for us vertically challenged people 😆) I also spotted these adorable slippers/sneakers at HALF PRICE! But the BEST part about Skechers Warehouse Outlet in Springfield on Route 22 was the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING staff!! 🤩💯🔥👍🏻 They were all professional, courteous, kind and went above and beyond for me. They answered all of my questions plus helped me find specific styles and sizes that I had in mind. It was obvious that each employee has been highly trained regarding customer service and absolutely love their job, which isn't something you come across often. Their professionalism and kind heartedness actually kept...
Read moreyou get a good selection especially for wide widths, but its not an outlet store by any means. the prices are full price as far as i can tell. i suppose they aren't $100 but $60 isn't really on sale, i can get that on amazon.
the thing i don't like about this place is - there is no place to sit. last year there were sort of some benches in the middle of the store. but now, all the benches are in the back, the very back of the store. meaning you need to carry all those over sized boxes all the way to the back and then juggle them if you want to put them back. the only other seats i found are these low benches on the sides of the store. hopping in one place to try things on is not ideal.
this current round of going there, i couldn't see the clearance area at all. they blocked it full of boxes. there must have been a good hundred boxes there. the isles are already too tight, that is actually a fire hazard. but i wanted to see what was on sale and couldn't because the boxes towered up over my head. don't know if they have a back room, but that is where they...
Read moreNo one helped me find the right styles or try sizes. It's a big store with like no staff. I bought a pair of sneakers and I wanted to return them in less than a week. I came back with my receipt to return it and the cashier said if it doesn't have a box that means it can't be returned. No one told me that when I bought them. I went to skechers in Bridgewater mall to use my store credit a couple weeks later. Very different experience. Really small store but they helped us out as soon as we walked in and they measured my daughter's feet and went to the back numerous times to get her size shoes in a style we liked. Excellent customer service, much unlike the...
