As much as this pains me to say: I do not recommend this location at all. I have been to around 20 different Warhammer World locations since I got into the hobby around 20 years ago, and this has to be the worst stocked and the worst operated location I have ever seen. Going into this, note they do not carry a lot of kits on hand, mainly covering the "main" factions being highlighted and the newest releases, meaning if you play a divergent chapter like black templars or space wolves and are looking for the upgrade kits or models, you are better off going to meta games or going through amazon. The prices are full GW MSRP and they do not have many models marked as to how much they are, so having a phone to look up prices is pretty mandatory if you do go. Their paint section is okay, and it is cool that they do the promotion for the paints, but at the same time you can go to hobby town or meta games and get better paint for cheaper.
To the management I have to agree with other reviews, he has a superiority issue that needs to be addressed. I accidently slipped up and cussed and he went off on me for it rather publicly (Given, this game is a horror series where any of the media is highly not appropriate for kids so the justification of making it child friendly is complete rubbish), being rude and talking over other guests, and just being arrogant about the hobby rubbed me the wrong way. This, coupled with the fact that they have no consistent hours (The last two weeks they have been open around maybe 7 days) makes this place the worst place to play Warhammer in the area.
If you vibe here fine, but I would not recommend to someone just getting into the hobby let alone someone who plays the hobby consistently, which is sad as I was really looking forward to having a Warhammer World in town. If management or inventory changes to actually having stuff on hand like the other locations I might revisit this review, but for now I will not recommend...
Read moreAbsolutely stellar store. If i could give it a higher rating I would. The first time I went in with my brother the manager treated us both like we were his only worry at that moment. Both told him we weren't looking to buy anything that day but had been interested for a while. Regardless of a lack of sale he gave us his full attention and proceeded to show us around and explain the different types of tabletop games and give us some stuff to think on. Originally I was full force aimed at playing 40k but he introduced Aos to us along with any other options he had so we could do some research on our own time before purchasing. The regulars there all chatted with us and even let us peek in on a game and we're all REALLY friendly.
The second time back I spoke with him the armys I was looking at (as I had came alone this time) and he helped me understand what would help me get into games easier and not buy anything that would per say be unnecessary BUT also introduced me to the rule of cool, and to buy what I like and not worry so much about if it plays well. Because at the end of the day if you don't enjoy painting it you won't enjoy painting a whole army of it. Got me introduced to battle honors and within two visits I was hooked.
Cannot recommend this store enough. Friendliness is top notch with some of the most individualized and caring service I've ever had along with a clear love for the hobby and game from the staff, the regulars were all friendly and willing to talk about their armys or things they knew. Overall 100% recommended as the best place to go for anything...
Read moreUnfortunately, I have to amend my review because other guy, Andrew, yelled at my sisters from across the store to get out after having told us, “I’ll be with y’all next” over 20 minutes, taking at least 5 more people, while saying we’d be next each time.
I told him fine and started to walk away from the counter, then when I said I would be informing Sugi, the main manager, about this, he said then I was banned…
Andrew is the most insecure, unprofessional, rude employee I’ve ever seen. I’ve spent 7+ years in retail and ANY store I’ve ever worked for would have at minimum given him a write up, if not fired him, for that unacceptable behavior.
If you get Sugi, fantastic! He’s wonderful. But if you get Andrew you might as well just come back later.

Lots of minis and supplies, wonderfully kind and informative staff, and welcoming community.
I started playing a few months ago and they helped me build up my army roster, choose my paint scheme, helped me understand the rules, and overall it’s a great place to build community.
One of my favorite ways to spend a Saturday when I’m off is showing up at opening, painting, playing, or vibing with fellow nerds all morning, grabbing lunch somewhere nearby, and theory...
