All Things Art Studio — Attraction in St. Charles

I’m very disappointed with our experience. My mother brought my three children in and spent $60 on three small pieces (about $20 each) that came with paint. The paint was already dried out and unusable, so we had to scramble to find something at home just so the kids could complete their projects.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the items themselves were very cheap in quality and could have easily been purchased elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. For the price we paid, we expected better quality materials and working supplies.

I reached out to the business twice regarding this issue and never received any response at all. While I understand the importance of supporting small businesses, customers still deserve both quality products and basic customer service.

I would give a 0 if I could. My daughter’s class was supposed to start 10.01.22 and we got a cancellation email at 10pm the night before. We have been emailing and leaving voicemails to get a refund per the website policy. We have received one email from her in January saying a credit was issued since she does not offer refunds. Just hosted my daughters birthday party here and everyone had SO much fun! The kids loved making their own slime and it was a great party favor for the kids to take home. The teachers were great with the kids and helped them through the whole process. We also had to reschedule our party very last minute because my daughter was sick on her actual birthday and the owner Erin was very accommodating and understanding.
