I dropped my phone 6s plus in some water and of course the phone stopped working. Panicked, I found this place on google and gave them a call. The technician told me that he can take a look at it to see if there was anything he can even do since liquid damage is irreversible. I went in and the tech cleaned up my phone. The phone turned on but that was it, the screen wasn't even working. At this point the tech was very honest with me and told me there is no point for him to fix my phone further since the part is so expensive. Instead I should go through my insurance. So for the mean time he installed a temporary screen so I could back up my phone then go through my insurance for a replacement. I sincerely appreciate this mans honesty. He really was looking out for the customers best interest and not his - which would've been telling me to put on that expensive screen. Highly recommend this...

I went to Illinois Cell Phone Repair in St. Charles for the first time and was 100% satisfied!! My phone dropped and all of a sudden would not take any type of charge. The back cover of my cell phone was also shattered. I have a Galaxy Note 10+, which at this time is no longer a newer phone and they still had the parts for my phone in stock and ready. I am so very pleased with the cost and the repair of my cell phone by Illinois Cell Phone repair. My phone was crunched in the door of a rental van and all I wanted to do was get the pictures and video off my phone because they were very important. I was told by another more popular cell phone repair company that my phone could not be fixed-even though they did not even open the cell phone which I thought was odd.
