I ordered take out on St. Patrick’s day. They informed me that it would be ready in a couple of hours. I showed up at Ray’s Everygeen at 2:15pm. I walked in the main bar/restaurant and there was no staff what so ever. I walked out to the bar located behind the main building where I promptly stood at the bar for nearly ten minutes without even being acknowledged. The bartender that addressed me was rude. After going in and finding someone at the main bar I told her I was here for a carry out order. She took my name and went to the kitchen. After returning she told me it would be 10 more minutes. After which she took my credit card and I signed the receipt. The food came and I left, the state of the bar was abysmal. I genuine lack of care or concern was evident in the staff that was working at the time. The whole ordeal took 25 minutes. After returning home, I a corned beef, Idaho potatoes and baby carrots. The serving size for 3 take out containers was minuscule. 4-5 thin and small pieces of corned beef, 2 small potatoes and 2-3 baby carrots. The corned beef was entirely chewy. Every pice was nothing but fat. An hour afterwords I had excruciating stomach pain. I brushed this off and proceeded with my day. As the pain persisted and my day moved forward the pain became unbearable. It eventually led to extreme bouts of diarrhea. Extremely disappointed with my overall experience with this establishment. Giving people food poisoning on a holiday and a day prior to their birthday is unacceptable. I adamantly hope that no one else got ill because of their mishandling of the food.

Gosh, this is a hard one because what was good - was really good! (But there's a bit...) First, service on the patio last Saturday night was awesome and music was fantastic, so we'd return for that. Hubs had a Patty Melt that was huge and delish, all good, right? I'm gluten free and mostly vegetarian so after learning they did not have the vegetarian burger that was on the menu, plan B was a pizza. I was excited to see the GF crust and there were veggie options. Here is there the BUT comes in... I had to pay for each topping because there isn't a pizza that was veggie. I ordered onion, mushrooms, garlic and Tomatoes. I did not know they were $2.50 each making my $18 pizza $28 and the bigger problem is there was barely any veggies on my pizza! Literally could not be more than a scant 1/4 cup total on a 12 inch pizza. I literally counted 14 mushroom and around 12 little cubes of tomatoes, did not taste garlic but there were onions, for +$10 dollars. It's hard living with a Gluten intolerance, we get gouged everywhere we go but then to not fill the pizza with veggies I paid $10 for was a total rip off. I'm super bummed because the sauce was great, crust was good too... so I left feeling gouged and ripped off again. Next time we might eat elsewhere and just come for the music

The service was amazing and the atmosphere is great. It’s a shame the food is so disappointing. We went for half priced burgers on a Wednesday. We both asked for our burgers to be cooked medium, and they both came out charred and so dry we couldn’t even finish half of either of them. I ordered the Mac Attack, which the menu says comes with “thick cut, candied bacon”, and my boyfriend ordered the Brisket Burger, which the menu says comes with “crispy onion straws”. As you can see in the photos, there is no thick cut bacon, and there are no crispy onion straws. On top of that, I also asked for Cajun fries, and received regular fries, which wasn’t the biggest deal. I was more disappointed in the lack of ingredients and how dry the burgers were. It’s so sad because I want to love this place so bad, but the food just ruins it.

Nice atmosphere with the back patio & bar. Service however needs much improvement. Been going there for some time and noticed it’s getting worse. It seems that no particular person is assigned to the bar or sections of it. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes for us just to get a simple beer. Others around us have complained the same. When the servers are in the bar section they seem to intentionally not make eye contact with you and/or walk by very fast to avoid having to stop and serve you. It seems most of the people at the bar order beer. How long does it take to grab one out of the cooler or pour one from the tap? There needs to be some coordination and assignment of servers to areas. I understand the servers also attend to the tables on the patio but get organized so all customers can be properly served. The servers seem like they don’t want to be there and the last thing they want to do is serve customers. Also, I don’t understand why they only have one size of draft beer. Most all other places have a tall draft as well. Possibly if they offered this for the guys they could save time between refills. I’m hoping changes will be made and will change my...
