Antique Market I — Attraction in St. Charles

I had an appointment at Izel Salon & Spa tonight at 5pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and decided to pop into the Antique Market 1 since they were still open. The sign on their door said that they close at 5pm. I was looking for a specific item and realizing that they were very close to closing my plan was to ask an employee if they had anything like what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in an employee said "we're closed." Mind you, the door was unlocked when I entered. I asked him if he was joking. He said no. I let him know that I looked at the door and said they close at 5pm. I also told him that the current time was 4:51pm. He stood firm. In his mind, the store was closed and apparently he was not interested in making one more sale. I told him I would NOT be back and walked out. Amazing antique store with some really rare pieces. Prices are on the high side. There was a ring I loved and was supposed to be a promise ring from my bf. When my bf went back to get it, they now locked it in a case. When we asked the front to open it, they tried one key and gave up then told me to look at other rings there. All the other rings were engagement rings.
