I went to this place for a while, and was happy with the hair stylist that I had been using Misty. Personally she's great and does a solid job of cutting hair.
Recently, I needed a haircut short notice so I had to book a haircut with a different stylist online that had a lot of availability same day (I should have seen that as a red flag. Out of personal decency I won't share her name, but looking at the website she looks consistently available).
I arrived a good 15 minutes before my appointment last Thursday afternoon. My stylist finished up cutting up another gentleman's hair, and sat on her phone in the cutting chair past the time I was supposed to be having my cut. When it came time to have my hair cut, she looked miserable cutting my hair the whole time. The WHOLE time. I'm not one who is going to force a stylist to talk to me when they are working; but at least look like you are enjoying having me in as a client. Not like I am a burden in your day.
Anyway, she was very rough with me. I asked for a simple 3 buzz on the sides, scissors on top. TO CLARIFY, this was not a fade. Just a simple cut anyone who is in the profession of cutting men's hair should be able to do well. She totally botched the blending on my hair. I look like I am piece of asparagus, or like I am wearing feathers on the back of my head.
When I asked my stylist if she could blend it a little better, she rolled her eyes and told me that she might not be able to clean me up if we did that, and that my time would cut into her next appointment. Like I'm sorry - isn't it your job to make sure I leave your establishment with a haircut that I like? Keep in mind, I had only been in the chair for like 15 minutes up until that point. There was plenty of time for her to fix my hair.
I look ridiculous and am furious. While I am upset because I really did enjoy getting my haircut by Misty, my previous stylist, I am so disappointed in my recent haircut and the attitude of the stylist that I had last Thursday that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have no intention to ever get my haircut at Cutters again, and want to go somewhere that has a staff where everyone knows what they are doing. I want to go somewhere that appreciates me coming in.

👨🦳🪒 Service: The Barber Who Understands You 🤝💈
My barber, Kreuza, was a true gem. She didn't just snip away; she asked questions, striving to understand my desired haircut while also getting to know me as a person. It felt like more than just a trim; it was an experience tailored to my preferences. Kreuza nailed the "Dr. Besmer special" with a gentle fade on the sides ranging from 1.5 up to 2, leaving about 2-2.5 inches on top. My hair has never looked better, and I'll definitely explore longer styles next time. Kreuza's expertise and genuine interest in her clients make her the go-to barber here.
💲 Price: A Haircut Worth Every Penny 💰💇♂️
My student haircut came to a reasonable $23, and being the thrifty type from a family of immigrants, I typically like to keep my costs low. However, my experience at Cutters and Co was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave a generous tip. The entire experience, from the welcoming atmosphere to the top-notch haircut, left me more than satisfied.
In search of a consistent, top-quality barber? Look no further than Cutters and Co! My visit here was nothing short of amazing, and I've finally found the barber I'll be returning to time and time again. 🪄💇♂️

Read moreFirst off, I want to start by saying I am not the guy to do this but after the haircut that I got at this place I feel that it is quite necessary to warn others who may potentially go here. Don't get me wrong, the staff here were very kind. However, the haircut that I received was absolutely horrendous. I would give this place 0 stars if it were possible it was that bad. My regular lady was out of town for the week, so I figured I would try Cutters and Co. thinking it would be a safe alternative. I was quite wrong on this. I asked for a 2 on the back and sides of my head and a trim on top, a very simple request for a haircut I would say. The haircut was so bad that I genuinely think I could go in front of a mirror and give myself a better trim than I received here. The blending of my hair from the top to the buzz on the sides and back could not have been worse. One of my friends looked at me and said I looked like an asparagus. Another compared my hair to a mushroom the way it hangs over the back and sides of my head. Now everyday I have to go to work looking like a complete jacka**, but on the bright side, at least I can give people a good laugh whenever...
