Orange Theory can give you a good workout but they will definitely take every penny. This studio in particular. I have a different home base studio and they are fantastic: They communicate well; They make you part of the family; they are understanding and flexible. This studio appears to treat you as another pay check. They donāt work with the flexibility of your schedule, especially if youāre a medical provider. They only notify by email, which I didnāt know, and not text message. Especially, when confirming last minute notifications that you are off the wait list. I was #10 for a 0500 class before going to bed and then woke to a no show charge. (At my home based studio, if youāre #10 the night before, you are not getting in!) Called the studio who said they sent an email and therefore I was notified. No forgiveness. If I wasnāt part of another studio, I donāt think this one would have ever captured me as a member.
I do understand, that I am responsible as well, but as a customer who pays a lot of money to work out, I did not feel valued.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreJoining this Orangetheory gym has been one of the best investments I have made for my mental, physical, and psychological health. With new workouts every day, Iām always challenged and excited to be in class. Iām amazed how much stronger I am than when I was just running or trying to cross train on my own!
Also, Iāve visited several other gyms around the South and Midwest now and without a doubt, our coaches and team are the best!!! Whether itās Amanda or Zach greeting you with a joke or smile, Corey keeping things organized at the desk, or our FABULOUS coaches Ryan, Lisa, Alexandra, Ashley or Kiana, you feel like a part of a community that cares. Our coaches make a point to get to know you and teach you better form as they also push you to up your strength and speed goals. I feel very blessed to work out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like many things about the classes. 1) the high quality coaches. Their instructions and how they present them is very motivating. Especially Kameron. The pitch and tone of his voice really keeps me trying to go just a little bit further. 2) I really like the structure of the classes. Each day is a little bit different than the day before, but similar to each class that I can know what to expect. 3) friendly front desk staff. Theyāve never failed to greet me. After a month or so of going I feel like I belong there. 4) convenient: I live 1.5 blocks away. 5) Metrics. Being able to visually see how my workout is going. This helps to both motivate me and pace myself. My fitness level has definitely improved in the 3 months Iāve been...
