EDIT: as you can see Swade told me to email them and make it right. I emailed them and explained again, and they just responded that they "addressed it with Jake". Okay that's cool, why tell me to email them then and waste more of my time???? So I responded saying thanks for wasting my time and I will never come back, and the response from Jack Haddox was thank you! Lol, what a nice way to treat loyal customers after you TOLD me to email you. I mean you can see the comment below this! Soooo, if you ever have any customer service issues with Swade, just don't bother because apparently they are rude behind the scenes! Lol. I would have loved to change this review to a 5 star and say it was all made right, but they actually just made it worse haha. Don't ever go here.
So disappointed with my stop at Swade on Delmar today.
It is truly my favorite dispo in STL and I've gotten my husband and friends to shop there and it's usually wonderful, staff, deals and quality.
However, today was so disappointing due to my bud tender. I have never had such rude service and lack of help from a budtender as I did with Jacob today. He was rude, I had to ask him 5 times in a row to just tell me which flavors of edibles of a certain brand were in stock today. There were 8 flavors, I don't think it was hard to turn around 180 degrees and read off 8 words to help a customer, without said customer having to ask five times and without an eye roll.
I have been there and gotten discounts on certain products, and they are able to apply my personal points on top of that on the non-discounted items, when we asked to do that today, we got a deadpan stare, and a quick no, AFTER we watched him go help and approve another bud tenders transaction to do just that for another customer. Apparently he was manager today to be the one to approve that for other customers, just not us. We got a sinse deal, that another bud tender had to tell us about, but we weren't planning on getting that and wouldn't have gotten it if we knew we wouldn't have been able to use points.
Y'all can check me and my husband's accounts, we are LOYAL Swade customers and have never been so disappointed and treated with such laziness and apathy at ANY dispensary.
Hopefully it was a bad day, but I truly don't know how you could be in customer service job, and be so rude to your customers who are happy to be there...

Read moreI normally don’t leave comments or complaints but she was so annoying. Guard on duty today was rude for no reason. She looked busy when she scanned my ID and put it back in the widow for me to grab (said nothing and didn’t look at me once- no biggie I don’t care) just grabbed ID and put it back in the window then opened the door but still said nothing to me. I asked if I was good to come through cause the light was green. She finally did look at me and said “I’m doing two things at once. Yeah you can go” and I came in and she looked at me and said in front of the supervisor and a guest “ what’s the problem miss Clark” . I started to say “I wasn’t told anything so I asked” and she interrupted me and said “I’m talking to my supervisor”. She probably interrupted me because she knew what I was going to say and knew she was wrong. The guest laughed and looked at the guard. Supervisor stayed quiet. I felt very unwelcome and was talked to like I did something wrong? I literally just asked if she was ready for me to come in (I said it quietly and when she wasn’t talking) I knew she was busy and I politely asked if she was wanting me to go through the door. I was not rushing but I had zero communication and didn’t want to walk through any doors without permission/direction.
