Cellairis — Attraction in Stafford

Wow what an experience, if i can give them zero stars i would . I went for a cracked screen on my wife's cell phone. They said 20 minutes, i waited about 2 hours and they still did not get to it..When i finally returned a few hours later there was a woman in front of me who walked out because they ruined her phone ...she walked out crying, she could not use the phone after they were done. She said she could not hear out of the ear piece and she could not make calls and there were bubbles on the screen, they shrugged their shoulders and said you can leave the phone with us and we will send it out. I said i hope that does not happen to me. Well same thing happened to me. There is a 20 year Asian kid, goes by the name Yogi, he does not know what he is doing he is too rough with the phones when opening them up. I walked out in anger. I called back the next day after i calmed down. They said i can bring the phone back for a refund if they can install the cracked screen again. This was after they hung up on me and i had to call a dozen or so times using different numbers . They would not get back with me that was their solution. As of today three days later still have not head from them and no refund. Now i have to take it to an Apple store to get it fixed. Come in with one problem come out with another. Do yourself a favor do not go here, Save yourself the aggravation and headache . I do not know how they got so many great reviews my experience...

Very bad customer service and crooked ways of business. I had my iPhone 6 screen fixed for $89 (a very high price for a screen), one week later my screen stopped working, without any physical damage. I took it back & asked to get it replaced. The lady said the warranty was seven days (that was the seventh day indeed), she also accused me of dropping my phone that’s why it stopped working. That was not the case, my phone was not broken, the screen just turned black. After paying a high amount $89 for a screen & it stops working a week later, hasn’t even taken the protective screen off. They said I had to pay $69 dollars to get it fixed again (again other stores do it for less). They didn’t care about my customer experience and my effort to support their business. They just wanted more money from me. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me he could fix it for $60. They never took responsibility, never appreciated the initial amount I paid last week, just wanted more Money today. Very shrewd way of doing business. I wish them the best but I will not be going nor recommend anyone to go there. You can get better service for less money...

I have my Iphone 5SE screen and charging port replaced for 110. After replacement my Home button start acting up finger print scan stop working. After 2 week phone fall from my hand 1 foot distance from hand to ground. The screen from all corners and face completely crack and chipping off now. They said we are putting tempered glass screen protector that was alone very expensive one suppose to protect screen damage. They put really really cheap china plastic for $90.00 I will never recommend this place to anyone. They should have given me free cover to protect the phone instead of giving me false hope that we are putting tempered glass screen protector. I told them how i use my phone daily and how many times it has fallen from my hand. Apple original screen took so many falls on roads abuse by my kids but was still in much better shape when i took the phone for Repairs because the charging port was not working. My original screen was 100% functional but i had them change it anyway because it was a recommendation and they had to change the screen to fix the port. *STAY AWAY...
