The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I’m not one to complain either. Emily made my child cry because she picked up a pair of sunglasses then said nothing. Emily was rude and cold. Bought a ton of product from her and didn’t even let my 3 year old use the bathroom. I will never buy another piece of clothing from this woman. I used to love her store because Emily was always so nice and welcoming. I used to rave about her store to other moms and women in the area. Not sure what has happened. After following the store on Instagram for years, I finally visited the store today and it was a wonderful experience! Not only is the location accessible but the owner was very welcoming and kind.
