Formerly PJ Harrigans. New menu looks good however some favorites are missing from the old menu. Happy hours is from 4 PM to 7 PM on Tuesday through Friday and is one of the best in State Colege. This restaurant is far enough away from downtown State College so not as many Penn State students and more locals and hotel guests. Bar service is relatively fast and servers are attentive. Me and my boyfriend gave it a go at the least. I can honestly say my man NEVER complains about food, so to start we waited almost 15 minutes for our drinks, then another 45 minutes for our food, & it was not busy at all.. then the food we received was horrible all around. Service was great, even the front of house manager came to reassure, that's not how our food should have been, I commend her for that, & thanked her for comping the food we were not going to eat! & We still left the girl a $10 tip on...

Ok I do like this place but their lunch buffet (which they recently started) has some hiccups. They had tartar sauce out in dish but not kept on ice. I said something about that and was told it was "shelf stable". I still suggested perhaps they could put it on thesalad bar, as most people expect amayo-based product to be kept cold.
