Macy's — Attraction in Stockton

One of the store Managers (Leticia 🤮) is the most rudest unsympathetic associate I have ever come in contact with. I spent well over $10K. Let me start by saying I had absolutely no problems ordering online which is why I'm giving three stars. It's fast, convenient and seems to be the way everybody has to shop now since the pandemic. So you can imagine my excitement once state regulations were lifted and people were able to social distance shopping it was a no-brainer that Macy's was going to be my first store since the pandemic hit and considering how impressed I was with the store and not to mention the incredible deals and money I was going to save I decided I'd go in store and shop. Had I known my experience was going to be this bad not to mention the way I was treated and/or perceived including the judgment that was passed down on me for whatever reason, I would have never went in person it was embarrassing to be treated this way and followed around the store made it extremely uncomfortable and it's not the typical ideal way to shop. Then to have the manager blatantly lie in my face and regards to what she was doing and why it just sent her to specially from a big store like Macy's not to mention that we are in a downfall of our economy I am the people regular people like us are what keep this store open so when customer service sucksit makes you question so many things on so many different levels like does Macy's even want to be open or even want to have patrons coming to their store cuz it didn't seem like it that day. I am forever changed by what happened to me that day and although I was still shop with Macy's the only shopping I'll be doing is online shopping. It definitely changed my perspective & outlook on Macy's...

Pleasant easy to find the registers except for the restrooms I could only find the woman's restroom I turned around looked at every other wall & corner of the store no other sign of men's restroom it did look like the men's restroom was being worked on so I ran into the woman's restroom I'm glad no women were in there I had an urgent emergency I had no other option so I called my wife she was down stairs I said honey get up here I need you to help me out of here in case any women come in and women did come in all the while my wife is guarding My stall funny huh well I don't want to do that again they really need to get the men's restroom fixed or easy to locate I don't know the store as well as I thought I do remember the restrooms being upstairs but don't where the men's restroom is still a...
