Stowe Living — Attraction in Stowe

Update: That’s wonderful we received an instant reply to this review but perhaps instead of caring about your online reputation - you could already have sent us the tracking? Has this order even ship? We’re starting to doubt it. NO ONE can give us a straight answer and how hard is it to get a tracking number nowadays? In addition, the reply below is vague and do notate - this issue has NOT been resolved at this moment. While a reply online is all we received on this matter, NO ONE reached out as of yet. Unfortunately, this review has to be updated to 1*.

Originally this was supposedly a positive experience in-store and which we’ve purchased several items but when it came time to inquire on the status of a furniture piece we’ve ordered - no help to be found. We even left our information as per their request post-purchase so tracking will be provided to us but no one sent anything over. We had to follow up once we’re back from our trip to Stowe over a week later and seeing how the furniture didn’t arrive yet - we reached out. The person whom checked us out for our in-store order was the one who picked up the phone. He in turn texted us back later claiming the employee who shipped it no longer works there and he’ll find out what the tracking number is. He didn’t follow up and therefore I reached out by text the next day which was left on read and no response. This was unprofessional especially when customers provided business to you and this is the extent of what customer service is? I then followed up with a call to the store later that day but the person who picked up the phone told me he’ll leave a message with the person I spoke to. That was the end of it, and guess what? No one reached out at all. I don’t think a tracking number is hard to hunt down. Unfortunately I cannot say the customer service post-purchase is there at all. At this moment, we have absolutely NO idea when the item is arriving and if there’s any delays or whatsoever. Prior to all of this, I did reach out by email to the two email addresses provided on their site and guess what? No one responded. While I understand your store is busy as per the person who I spoke to yesterday has stated, this is still in no way to treat any customers. I’m busy too. This was supposedly our first tester with this shop as we’re in Stowe quite often and are in need of plenty of furniture and decorative items, but so far? We’re not so sure about that after all. If someone could simply get back to us with the tracking information on this order, that’s all we need to know...
