Beautiful location, but the unit is 5 flights of stairs up (shown by the picture of the one flight); there is no way to get your items up to the unit except by hauling up all those stairs. So it's not for the faint of heart to stay in this unit. Even though there's a sign to please remove your shoes, I noticed there was debris on the bathroom and kitchen floors. I ended up wearing socks and buying Lysol wipes. The unit could use some renovating, I think most of the bathroom facilities were from it was built in the 70s. The kitchen cabinets could use some renovating; they were pretty grungy on the lower shelves (as shown). The furniture was OK and the bedding clean... would be nice to have beds that don't require skirts, the skirt on one bed was tucked up under the mattress. I definitely won't stay in this unit again...I've stayed in a ground level unit in this resort's K building and it felt nicer than this one.

This resort is extremely dated, and unfortunately not clean. We staid at a 2 bedroom unit in the F buidling. The toilets in the bathroom had suspicious yellow stains (luckily I brought lysol wipes), and there was hair in the bathtub. In the kitchen all of the kitchen cabinets were covered in sticky grime. There were crumbs and dirt in the drawers. Carpets are stained. Heater closet is filled with mouse droppings (picture below)! Takes at least 5 minutes for the hot water to start running. Kitchen and bathroom faucets are coming off. I mean, I can go, the bottom line is that it was pretty obvious the unit we staid in was not cleaned after previous use, and that is just not acceptable. The only good thing about this place is it's proximity to the ski area and Stowe, but there are better accommodations for the similar price.

I stayed here once ten years ago in a beautiful condo. This time it is bottom tier/college kid quality, not what i expect from a resort. The floor inside is on a slope like there is a ramp underneath the carpet. Wallpaper is peeling, small kitchenette sink drain is rusted, handle on stove is precariously attached, shower perimeter has wood chipping and what looks like some black discoloration possible mold, there is a closet in the bathroom that is full of spray foam and exposed piping. Toilet paper holder is just missing entirely, walls are filthy and have holes. I am extremely upset with the difference in room quality from what I remember this place used to be. It at least has running water, a bed, and a roof but for the bare minimum provided here it assuredly isn't worth the price.

We used RCI to exchange into this resort, a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. Once again, we were probably assigned the worst unit on the resort. I have given up being disappointed and so regret purchasing a timeshare all those decades ago. Enough of that.||||Our unit’s balcony faced the parking lot and was actually lower than the lot. We could not sit outside without enjoying the constant clamour of guests arriving and departing, and walking by our unit to reach the lot. With zero privacy, we had to keep the curtains of the patio door closed.||||The unit was a fair size but could use extensive TLC. One reviewer mentioned that band aides have been used to make repairs, well the band aids are now coming off.||||A resort fee of $10 per day was levied when we checked in and when I queried what it was for, I was advised that it covered the Kleenex, toilet paper, shampoo ( 2 small bottles), dishwasher cubes (1 was provided) ect, otherwise, amenities that one expects in a unit. We purchased some toilet paper as what was provided was a grade better than sandpaper.||||The kitchen was adequately equipped, however, we soon learned that dishes were put away dirty. We spent our first evening washing all the dishes, there went our only dishwasher cube. Additionally, there were no stoppers in the sink, and no dishtowels (we used towels). ||||The toilet in the ensuite bathroom did not work properly and the bathtub was dirty along with the shower curtain. The tub also did not drain properly even once we removed a wad of hair from the drain. (Not mine, I am blond and have short hair.) And it took forever to get hot water.||||On a positive note, we were on the ground floor so we did not have to climb numerous stairs, but the unit above us had 4 unruly children so we listen to scraping chairs, banging and running whenever they were in the unit.||||The grounds were well kept and the location ideal. One can walk to numerous restaurants and access to the wonderful Stowe Recreation Trail was only a short walk away. There is also an indoor pool, which we did not use, but I noticed that towels were not provided, I was told to bring some from my unit.||||Summary great location but rather dreary accommodations. I upgraded my rating from 2 due to the...

Great view and friendly people. However, took at least 5 minutes for shower water to warm up then was either ice cold or scalding hot. We reported it on Sunday morning, a quick follow up on Monday morning but didn't hear back till Tuesday when the office said maintenance would not have to come in the unit, but the maintenance man Stan had already came on Monday in the unit replacing one part but said would have to come back with the plumber next day but was never actually able to fix. Stan was very hard working and friendly. Also, the faucet for bathroom sink is so small unable to really use as to close to the back of the sink. With only 2 days left, Stan asked us if the office had spoken to us regarding switching units, they had not but we told him we were all set and would just deal with it. The wi-fi was very slow, I sent screenshots to the office they eventually provided me with owner login info but that wasn't any better. 5 days before check-in I received an email for balance due for Amenity fees which I reached out because back in February when I booked this trip and another I paid all taxes and fees due. They waived it, thanking me for bringing to their attention. In talking to another guest, they said they had paid but then was waived so that was nice to hear. The pool closed promptly at 4pm due to covid which made it difficult to do anything during the day which would then miss out using the pool. The units definitely need some...
