SALT + GROVE Day Spa + Clothing Shop — Local services in Stowe

Bravo SALT + GROVE! As a past client of the previous business in this location, I was curious and excited to see its transformation. Spoiler alert: expectations were exceeded!

The space has been reworked beautifully with the result creating a guest-focused experience for visitors to the shop, the spa and the adjacent cocktail bar, Après. The three are blended seamlessly into an inviting place to spend an afternoon alone (as I did) or with your besties (can’t wait!).

The shop carries an impressive array of apparel, wellness and beauty products. I was able to pick up my favorite Ursa Major cleanser. I’m so excited to be able to pick up items I previously ordered online or traveled for!

You won’t want to miss The Breathing Room, a lounge space, included with spa services, where you can unwind before or after with the option of a complimentary red light mask session. I’m definitely planning a little extra time for that next time. Access to this special lounge is also available for those not enjoying a service, space permitting, for a small additional fee.

I had a lash lift and tint service with Maddie in one of the gorgeous treatment rooms upstairs. She offered me multiple options for lash shape and color. They came out great and I’m looking forward to going mascara free the rest of the summer, especially for the beach and pool! The spa hosts Peche Medical Spa for services to compliment it’s own wide variety of spa services including hydrafacials, massage, waxing, lash and brow tinting.

SALT + GROVE’s sister location at the center of Stowe Village is extending some of its fitness classes and community activities to the outdoor spaces at the spa location. Perfect relaxing massage midday as part of my monthly membership. This will change my world to have a monthly service to schedule. I loved my experience at Salt + Grove Day Spa. As soon as you walk in you feel so cozy and welcomed by the staff.

I had a deluxe hydrafacial - which I had never had before, was the most refreshing facial I have had in a long time. I then had a lash lift and tint and a week later I am still very very happy with the long lasting result.
