Levin Mattress Strongsville — Attraction in Strongsville

My family have been customers of Levin for years and this is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We bought a mattress that we were told was discontinued and we couldn’t be shown a photo online due to this. You can see there a disgusting staining/is major speckling of yellow across the top, throughout the entire mattress. We are very upset that we see that this mattress was manufactured in 2015, as we were previously-told it was a "discontinued previous model" and that photos couldn't be provided prior to the purchase. We would not have a bought a “new” 5 year old STAINED mattress. We have always had a positive experience with Levin Furniture and have purchased about 70% of our home's furniture from your store. However, this has been an incredibly-dissatisfactory experience and we feel that we have been deceived. Especially since we spent $1400 on this mattress. The salesman that worked with us has now said he told us “it was a couple years old” which he absolutely did not do. My girlfriend and I went in to Levin mattress in Strongsville simply because it's very close to our apartment. We wanted to test out a nectar, purple and other bed in a box mattresses. Jay was the salesman on duty and introduced himself. I had zero intentions of buying anything there but entertained Jay as I am.also a salesman and wanted to respect his efforts. I'm so glad that I did. Jay had so much insight and product knowledge that he was able to truly help us find what we needed. We ended up buying a king size nectar with a fully adjustable base. I never even thought about an adjustable base other than thats what old people buy to help get them out of bed. WRONG! Jay explained the benefits and had us test the base in different positions. This base took away all my shoulder and hip pain that I deal with immediately with some small adjustments. I was blown away. My girlfriend feel in love with it also. This was honestly the best retail sales experience ever. Jay was respectful, fun, intelligent and so very helpful. Can't say enough good about Jay or Levin....

The Customer Service we received from the salesman, Jay, here at Levin Mattress in Strongsville was exceptional! Jay immediately greeted us at the door with a smile and got right to business helping us find the perfect mattress. He gave us information that was very helpful in choosing the right Mattress for us. He also gave personal opinions and customers experiences with certain ones that helped too! He allowed us to try a good amount of different styles, designs, builds, and levels of firmness of the mattress. They have all the Mattress set is Levels to make things easier also to look at. Level 1 being the most firm, to 5 being the softest. Same with the Pillows which he allowed us to try out also! The store itself is Newer and very up to date. Very clean on the inside also.
