Sleep Number — Hotel in Stroud Township

Today my wife and I purchased our third sleep number bed. We have a bed in each of our three rooms. Getting a good nights sleep is important to us and equally important when we have guest stay over. Very poor customer service. Apparently, it's common for the mattresses to be defective and deflate, but if its past the 1 year warranty, customer must pay for replacement! This product is too expensive as it is, not really that comfortable, but to have to pay for replacement of the air chamber on a product less then 2 years old is unacceptable.
