Petco Grooming — Attraction in Sugar Land

It’s upsetting to book an appointment online, & for them to call and reschedule you for an earlier time. It’s the only day I get out early, I booked two days ahead && I’m told that my dog can’t be seen if I don’t get there at the time they want me to come in. Then they moved my appointment to 8:30 which I was fine with. Turns out that they don’t know why Petco allows appointments at 6:45PM and the 8:30 wasn’t even accurate. If they don’t have that time available, TAKE IT OFF!!! You wasted my time, making me rush, clocked out from work early to make it at the time you want me to go && tell me you won’t see my dog. I've been bringing my furbabies to this Petco location for the past 3 years, and I can confidently say that Cali is the BEST groomer we've ever had. Her patience, care, and genuine love for animals shine through every visit. What truly sets her apart is how she goes above and beyond—she’s been working with my younger pup on proper bathing etiquette, which has made a huge difference when I bathe her at home between appointments.

Cali’s customer service is just as exceptional. She’s always proactive, follows up after visits, and makes sure we feel supported and informed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and skilled. I sincerely hope Petco recognizes what a gem they have in Cali—she’s a needle in a haystack. I’d love to see her mentoring and training new groomers because the industry needs more...

I want to really like this groomer. The people are nice and I have never had an issue with my dog's haircut. However, I got a call early December that I could get 20% off my next appointment cause we hadn't been in a while and they scheduled my appointment on the phone with me at the same time. I show up later that same month (about 23 days) and I'm told that the discount only applied to appointments in November. They took 10$ off my price which is nice but the manager said that the discount didn't apply to me. They don't know who told me that but they definitely added a note that said it "20% off".
