This is not your typical pet store—I discovered this gem by accident, and I’m so glad I did! Paws In Charge is truly unique and classy, with a beautifully curated color scheme that adds to its charm. The vibrant colors create a welcoming and positive atmosphere, and the boutique itself is spacious, well-organized, and free of clutter. Plus, it smells amazing!

Eric, the owner, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. While Chanel was getting fitted for her shoes, he gave her different treats to try, and she loved all of them! It was such a great experience because I got to see what she liked before purchasing, saving me from spending money on snacks she might not enjoy.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the unbelievably reasonable prices, especially considering the high quality of the items—something I truly appreciate, as many pet stores tend to be pricey. Eric and his associate were so attentive, even taking the time to help put Chanel’s shoes on her paws.

One of the highlights was the adorable Valentine's Day photo booth—such a thoughtful touch! This store is upscale yet affordable, and it has quickly become my new go-to pet boutique. I cannot rave enough about this place, and I encourage everyone to give it a visit. You won’t be disappointed!

From the second I walked in I was immediately greeted by Eric & Erika who were some of the most helpful people I’d encountered. But not just that…the entire store is neatly organized and welcoming. I was encouraged to bring my cat in with me next time so she can roam and test out the different trees. I was also given a lesson in the level of quality ingredients found in the food products.
