I love their drinks smoothies fresh juices & bowls at Everbowl but the last time I ordered I received the wrong order I called & the money was returned. (received a message the money would be refunded to my acct in 3 days)I explained I would still like my food, she said to replace the order as normal & contact her after I had done so. she would refund the money & ask DoorDash to do the same for all the trouble. So I again place my order. I contact her she says she will Handel it but I never get a notification the money has been refunded. so I attempt to call her again. this was at 3pm. No answer. I’m calling every few minutes passed closing at 7pm. Would just rang until about 5:45 phone went busy (off the hook?) It stayed that way passed closing. I wrote DoorDash they refunded the delivery fee’s. I’m not sure what happened w the store? If she was in the wrong to offer to credit back my purchase that’s fine communicate that to me. But to screen your calls & take the phone off the hook completely is just very unprofessional PLACING AN ORDER: would be nice if you were able to use the special instructions area while placing an order & also if you were able to add more toppings then what it’s original item came with. Additional cost is to be expected. For instance I like a lot of honey on my bowls but there’s nowhere to add honey at all. let alone extra honey.

I never thought I would have to make a negative review against this restaurant I actually Don’t ever typically make negative reviews, but this is so far beyond disgusting. I ordered a berry blast bowl along with a blue paradise smoothie to the hospital where I am currently admitted with pneumonia as soon as my food Arrived my nurse quickly pointed out to me that it was moldy. The fruit was moldy on the top. I don’t know how you don’t say that when you’re making somebody’s food.. Seriously this could’ve put me in a way worse position than I already am in the hospital right now. luckily, it was caught before I ate any and to top it off. My drink was a little over halfway full and tasted disgusting. I have had both of these things from your restaurant numerous times and they have always been very good and I have never had any issues up until now. Whoever made this food is going to run your restaurant into the ground. If not get you a lawsuit it’s just pure laziness and absolute no respect for your customers. I truly hope that you guys figure out whoever did this and get it resolved immediately before somebody accidentally eats moldy food...

I couldn’t have asked for a better Acai Bowl. To be honest with you, this is the best one I’ve tried, since the whole “Acai” trend started. This small-scale location has a casual, yet trendy atmosphere that’s very bright and inviting. The customer service was efficient and very friendly. Their menu also offers a variety of food options that can be customized to your own personal preferences.

We ordered two of their medium signature bowls. I got the Blue Lagoon and my husband got the Nutty Butty. Both of our bowls were perfectly sweetened, tasted very fresh, and the combination of ingredients paired so well together.
