Third Update 2025: Because it's just THAT consistently good! Our server Max is incredible, topping up drinks and ensuring our every need was met like an absolute magician! Truly a rarity in Vegas: the team here is sincere, genuinely working their hardest and it shows in the great quality of the food. Shout out to Max, keep rocking the jammies and making everyone's day! ❤️ A second shout out to the management here: Bruce, the manager on shift when we visited was so professional, caring and wonderful that we had to stop him and thank him for making it such a great experience. Second Update, 2024: Rise And Shine stands out as THE place where you absolutely cannot go wrong. Years of consistent 5 star service and incredible food - everything on the menu is perfection! Pssst, try their burgers after 11:00 AM to find your newest burger joint! Karen G. is one of our favorite servers, she's THE sweetest and goes above and beyond to ensure we're spoiled and all of our drinks are topped, everything is fantastic! Thank you, Karen!

UPDATE: Rise and Shine is still shining! Years later, we still come here for incredible breakfasts (try their burgers and be pleasantly surprised!). Our server Max was AMAZING. This review is solely for service. To be specific my server named Bruce. I walked in and was sat by him in what seemed to be the only busy section at the time he grabbed my drinks and left. I didn't think much of it until nobody had been back for a minute this is where things started to go downhill. (No name tags) Another server came to my table to drop off my drinks, drop off my food, check on me, and even check me out at the end of my visit. This wouldn't have been a problem but I asked who the manager was and I was told that Bruce was the general manager. It seemed like this was happening at other tables as other servers were repeatedly taking care of his tables while having very few in their own section. He would even sit himself again even though it was obvious he was struggling. I imagine all my tip went to Bruce as well. This is my problem with my visit as I don't think it was very fair to everyone else working at that time especially if this happens often. (this was my first visit) I would highly recommend requesting another server such as Karen who I have seen many great reviews on this app about. I dont like the fact that the server who failed to give me proper service is the individual running the entire restaurant. I've definitely never seen a restaurant that has their general manager have such an important role on the floor like that. Especially when it was obvious they had many adequate servers. He could have been doing many other things to ensure all tables in the restaurant as well as his servers were taken care of. Where do I begin. I ordered the famous Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs which happened to be the most discusting disappointment I have seen. I have lived here for 34 years and this gets the worst breakfast I have ever had in 34 years so congratulations. First thing, that was the chewiest cold piece of meat I had. I couldn't finish half of it. At first I was going to give it a break since I ordered it through Uber Eats but I noticed the gravy was scorching hot and I live less then a block away. I typically order from Black Bear Diner which is 5 miles away and they always deliver the best Chicken Fried Steak and its always hot so how does an establishment that is a block away deliver a cold and chewy piece of meat where another establishment is 5 miles away and deliver a properly cooked and hot piece of meat. Secondly the egg was cold as well and the hash browns were soggy. Again I would have possibly gave it a break had not the side gravies been scorching hot. Finally the coffee, wow tastes like they microwaved a days old coffee and threw it in with the meal. After trying this coffee I had uber eats deliver a Starbucks coffee from the same parking lot to see how it would compare which was spit on, coffee was hot and taste was spectacular. You should he ashamed Rise and shine for serving food like that. My biggest hope now is I don't get sick. I have never been so angry at a food establishment but I have to call you out in hopes you better serve your future customers, they deserve it.
