If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst target I’ve been to and the worst customer service. I went on Black Friday super early and was one of the first ones in line for the iPhone XS max 256GB. They were running a deal if you get the phone through them they will give you a $250 gift card. So I got there on time and was told there are 15 people in front of me and was put on a waiting list to activate my phone. This turned into a six hour wait and I had to go to work, so I went to the phone counter to ask if there is anything they can do to hurry the process along. They told me not that day but they can give me an appointment for that Sunday morning and the phone would be guaranteed for me and the gift card would also be available for me. So I went ahead and made the appointment for Sunday morning. When I went in for my appointment they were giving me all kinds of excuses for why they sold MY phone that was held for me. Their employee did not acknowledge me and respect the the time that I spent dealing with trying to purchase the phone. They did not even an apologize and was told that if they got a shipment that day they would be contacting me and I would still be able to get the phone. No one ever contacted me so I called customer relations and told them what was going. They connected me through to someone else and he told me he would escalate the issue to someone above him and that I would hear from them by Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and still nothing! I called to see what was going on and if they would honor the deal that I was supposed to get on Friday and was just given a bunch of excuses again. They also told me that was an item that they carried for Black Friday only and was only offered $20( which I didn’t get) to compensate for my inconvenience, which is unacceptable because not only was I waiting for 6 hours, they didn’t even call me before my appointment to tell me that it was unavailable. I had to drive all the way to the store and deal with the crazy traffic. Needless to say I will never be shopping at target again and will be canceling my red card and taking my...
Read moreSome areas were still in disarray from the carelessness of Holiday Shoppers. My venture to Target was for ONE specific item. Online they were the only store nearby, showing three in stock. Approaching the area where I "thought" they would be located, the hooked displays along with shelves bare to say the least. Searching behind, over and around eventually the bulb regained some glow. Removing my battery powered brain from pocket, I locate the item, scroll past all unnecessary distractions to find the Ilse number. Yes, I was NOT in the right area.... Onward I go to be where stated from website information. Again looking behind, over and around... NOTHING‽ Now the real fun beings. Finding an employee who will actually be of service with helping me find the item. At most three to four minutes of searching. Giving the information and a few times of repeating why I needed the item. He rechecked the pocket size car alarm noise apparatus and off he went. Unsure of where or how long he would be on the quest, I hung around the departure area. Intercom come to life with a voice from an angle alerting the shoppers it is now closing time and all guests please retrieve final items and get the hell out. Like magic all the employees emerge from their secret places and look at me with awkwardness. Being who I am I ask if they can help the guy who is helping me so I can help them get out. Wrapping this up. They didn't find it, just to tell me one other store shows one, clear on the other side of the valley. Yeah, NO¡ On my way out to my vehicle I simply pushed "ship it". That was A LOT easier. Here I am two days later and can not think of anything else to add for the qualifications of...
Read moreFirst of all, I am an avid Target shopper. My neighborhood store is Boca Park and the service there is always courteous, professional, and warm. I went to this one because we made a stop at Home Depot and it was on the way home. This is the ONLY negative experience I have had at ANY Target store and will skip this location in the future. The female Target Tech w so NOT wanting to help. I asked for help for XBOX controller to purchase and without even turning around from the stool she was sitting on, she replied "well, if you cant find it, we are out." I clarified: "No. You have it, it needs to be unlocked." She gets up and it really is that the one I had thought I needed wasn't the right one and the one that I was actually looking form they were out. I asked her if she could locate another one for me and she was so stand offish as if she didn't want to be bothered: "if you find someone w a red shirt, they can do that for you" and walks away. After a minute of wondering what the heck was wrong w her and not seeing anyone w a red shirt, I went back to her counter and w frustration, "Will you page someone in red shirt because that would help me out." She did. The point is, even if you can't, find someone who can help me without me having to take your attitude and be kind. Just be kind. Never again will I go to this Target. I went immediately to my Boca Park Target where the Tech and a person named Larry helped me find...
