Super disappointed. Finally had a off day and took my 3 year old to go bowling. The prices were way higher than what was posted on the website (they have since been completely removed). When I tried to ask the girl (Savannah) at the front desk how pricing worked she cut me off and asked how many games and shoes. No effort in eye contact or human interaction was made. Felt like I was inconveniencing a robot. Side note, it was dead in there. She told me the total which was right about $50 and I paid got my shoes and was told my lane number.
I was a little taken back that it was $50 for my daughter and I to bowl two games and shoe rentals. Adult game pricing for a 3 year old and adult shoe prices for toddler shoes? May not be a lot for most but for a single mom thats way more than expected. Went to our lane and assigned bumper guards for my daughter and not for me. On the second set the bumper guards stopped working and I hesitantly walked back up to the front desk to ask Savannah for help. When I told her the bumper guards stopped working she annoyingly ask me if i had even turned them on. I started to explain but knew I'd get nowhere and just asked if someone can meet me at the lane. We waited for about 20 min then a guy came up to assist, I asked for a manager and he advised there was not one on duty until 3pm (it was 1230pm). How is there no manager? Another 10 min go by and a new lane was given to us. The guy was nice but there wasn't much he could do. I requested to just get a refund so we could go but he couldn't help with that either. I told him how Savannah was to us and he just apologized and said he'd tell the manager. He did come back up and gave me a few cards for a free game. Still with that, I think im good. Wouldn't want to willingly go back and experience this kind treatment esp with my 3 year old daughter.
There was no food open or place for drinks. I was hoping that at 130pm when we finished we could get pizza. Everything was closed.
Just wanted a fun afternoon out with my daughter and this whole experience just ruined the day. Funny how one person's crappy attitude effects the whole experience. I go to Red Rock often but I'll never go back to the bowling...
Read moreSome people may think that all bowling alleys are the same, or that casino bowling alleys can't have charm. They would be wrong. This bowling alley is the best! The staff are friendly and helpful, and definitely the people to talk to if you're planning a party. They always answer the phone, and are patient and kind when answering questions. The lanes are clean, and there is no weird smell! Sorry, smell is a big selling point for me at bowling alleys, and so is cleanliness. You know, so much feet!!! Anyways, the bowling balls are always clean and organized, and there are plenty available in each size, in all the racks. No hunting from rack to rack and sharing because there aren't enough in one size. The machines run smoothly with no delays, and the scorekeepers always work flawlessly. The bumpers for young and novice bowlers can be programmed to pop up for only those particular players during their turns, and they work very quickly. In the event that a ball is stuck, a friendly staff member has got your back. Instantly! What a fun experience! Pro tips, it's totally worth it to go during the cosmic bowling, especially with kids. Also, if you want good, fairly-priced pizza, pitchers of soda, cold beer and THE BEST CHILI CHEESE FRIES ANYWHERE, this place is totally. Up. Your....
Read moreI loved the setup of the bowling alley, the upscale decor, and how organized their system for getting a lane is. I gave the pleasant employee my phone number, and they texted me in approximately 8 minutes to let me know a bowling lane was ready. When you receive the text, you have 10 minutes to report to the checkout line, so be mindful of that and pay attention to your phone. The employee told me the wait would be 15 minutes, and a lane opened up sooner, and I nearly missed the 10-minute grace period. They have a tiny arcade and a couple of pool tables. For three games and two pairs of bowling shoes, the cost came out to 62.00.
I will return, and the entire complex is lovely. The Red Rock Casino has a movie theatre, various restaurants, big screen televisions to watch sports, free parking, gambling, you name it. People who decide to spend a day at the casino would have plenty of options to entertain themselves and pass the time.
Red Rock Lanes is the first bowling alley I have been to in the Las Vegas area, and I doubt another Bowling alley can top this one! It is also an excellent spot to meet with friends or have a date if one wants to be in a lively and...
