Sumter IGA Plus — Attraction in Sumter

This store is not WIC friendly. My pregnant sister was just in there attempting to get her benefits as she does every month at your store. This time around she experienced some complications. Usually pregnant women get 1 or 2% milk It’s printed on the app NO WHOLE MILK. Even after showing the manager the app, she still tells my sister to get whole milk That was only a portion of the issue. The cashier nor the manager have any customer service experience and did not provide any solutions to the issue at hand. Their only interest was moving the line because only 1 register was available. My sister ended up walking away without her items and feeling belittled and embarrassed. Called and asked if 10 pound boxes of chicken were cut, was told YES. Drove 20 minutes to get chicken, got to the register, asked again, "Are the Leg Quarters cut?" Was told Yes. Get home... NOT CUT. Called back and was told, "Bring them back up and we will cut them for you. Sorry for the inconvenience!" Drove back 20 minutes and was told, we charge $5 to cut (was not told this when instructed to come get them cut). Overall a good experience but was not compensated for being given false information that cause me a lot of unnecessary back and forth driving.
