Hanel Korean hair salon — Attraction in Sunnyvale

I've been going to Hanel Hair Salon for years now, and I can honestly say she's the best hairdresser I've ever had. She's based in Sunnyvale, and it's more than worth the trip every single time. Her attention to detail, skill, and consistency are top tier. I get both haircuts and perms done here, and she always does an outstanding job. I look fantastic all the time because of her. She's professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in her work. I was so impressed with her that I recommended her to my wife—and now she won’t go to anyone else either.

I have never heard of a Japanese "ghetto" hair stylist... but this is pretty close. now look here people ; She overcharges, by doing work you don't want done even if you ask. Then fakes a stronger accent as if she can't speak English. You go in expecting to pay no more than $100 and walk out paying over $200. To me, she does not seem honest and she seems know it. her work suffers for it as well. She looks well aware she is ripping you off....

Had a horrible experience here on my first time. I got my haircut done and head massage. First thing is they don't understand English and it's hard to communicate what I need second thing is they took 45 minutes an hour to do the regular haircut which is really annoying.
