I stay in hotels regularly and this is the worst! This hotel doesn't even deserve a half of a star. Upon my arrival I checked into my room and the first thing I noticed in the bath tub was that pubic hairs was all over the place. I notified the front desk, housekeeping came and attempted to clean the bathroom although some hairs were still left. Later on that night my refrigerator started making a loud noise, I notified the front desk and they informed me that they don't have any spares. A few hours later they called me and switched rooms. So now I'm in my 2nd room, long behold there were finger nail clippings on the floor along with a hair pin. This morning I go to get my shoes from underneath the bed and what do I pick up.... a used condom wrapper. Also under the bed was a receipt dated from August. So I decide to look under the other bed and there it is beer bottle caps along with other trash. Contacted front desk and supposedly I was speaking to the on duty manager whom didn't seem to care or show any empathy. Cleary this hotel doesn't have any standards when it comes to cleanliness. Save your self the hassle and book elsewhere. Spoke with GM he wasn't any better than the on duty manager. This hotel doesn't not represent the Ramada brand what so ever!

Stayed here for a concert at Levi stadium. The only good thing about this place was proximity to the venue, a 7-11 nearby and the beds were clean. Also water pressure was good. Everything else was ugly and outdated. Tv was small and no option for apps or streamcast. The bathroom was SO SMALL that there was actually a notch cut into the door for it to be able to close past the toilet. Tiles were held on by masking tape. No microwave, fridge barely cold, no USB outlets, water damage on the ceiling, bathroom had faint sewage smell on the 3rd day. Keycards had to be inserted 2-3 times to get the door open and I had to go down to get them reactivated. Service was awful. We had trash overflowing because no one picked up or cleaned our room for 3 days. There was no sign provided for Service/Privacy. Breakfast had little to offer. A few yogurts, dry cereal and frozen burritos with only 1 microwave for all guests. If you're not picky and you just need a place to sleep, this place is fine but overpriced. If you're looking for a getaway or any type of aesthetic and comfort, this isn't it.

Location is convenient. Close by freeway and stores. Front desk person upon checking in was friendly and polite but the person upon checking out the next day was somewhat rude and very minimal of communication. The hotel itself looks dated and in need of repairs. The 2 closest ice machines to my room were out of order. The room had a lot of issues. To begin with, I was having problems opening the door because the key card wasn't reading properly. There were ants in the room and in the bed, no soaps to wash my hands, the bathroom was small to where I almost had to step in the shower to be able to close the door, the TV remote was dirty and sticky, the ceiling had water damage and seemed like instead of fixing it they just painted over it, and the shower was leaking. There were also homeless people walking around throughout the hotel. I would've left to go to a different hotel but it was the weekend of the Elton John concert. I will never return to this hotel ever again!

The best thing about this hotel is it’s good location. Just off Lawrence Blvd and Great America parkway in South bay-area. Easy to go to offices or stadium in Santa Clara. Poorly maintained property. Everything else is a disappointment. Old door security cards required me to daily get the cards replaced as I would get locked out daily. The breakfast is best avoided and a huge disappointment. The rooms are okay but cleaning service is only done once in 3 days. Not even towel replacement is done more often. Plenty of free vehicle parking can be considered as a positive. A small Gym is functional. The equipment in the washer/dryer room is super old. Hardly dries the thicker clothes like jeans. The hotel was busy on one game day but otherwise not full but the front desk staff is not helpful. They wouldn’t allow a late checkout - even 2 hours. Overall below average hotel in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara hotel. Maybe suitable for budget conscious guests.

Needed a hotel for ONE night (Friday) to see a concert at Levi Stadium. Other hotels in the area have 2-nights minimum. After putting out so much for the concert, I wasn't looking to spend a lot to just sleep. Therfore, this was suitable. A bed, shower, close to the freeway. Only about 2-miles from the Stadium. This was incredibly wonderful after the concert, as there were no Uber available. So... my friend and I walked back to the hotel. The service was acceptable. But if you show up 23-mintes prior to check-in, don't plan on getting in early. You can stand in line with 100 other concert goers and not get into the room until an hour after check in. However if you need a bed, shower and close to the freeway or Stadium... and ONLY one night, it will do.
