👛 THE BAGS: Oh, the bags! A rainbow of logo-covered, gold-chain-having, “I'm still classy even in the clearance bin” masterpieces. They had more MKs than a Kardashian wedding guest list. Big ones, small ones, ones that scream ‘airport gate C7’, and others that whisper ‘divorce glow-up.’ 🧳💔✨
🕶️ THE SUNGLASSES WALL: Slid on a pair and instantly became 42% more unapproachable. Which is exactly what I want in retail therapy. The girl next to me asked if I was famous. I said, “Only to myself.” 😎📸
🧍♂️🧍♀️ THE STAFF: Polite. Polished. Possibly trained at a private academy where they study your aura and recommend bags based on your hidden insecurities. "That tote matches your resilience," she said. I bought it. Then cried a little in the car. 🥹👜
💲 PRICING: They show you the “original price” and then slash it so hard it’s practically a murder mystery. “Oh, this wallet used to be $198. Today, it’s $59. Plus 25% off, and a wink.” Math is irrelevant. I’m robbing them legally. 🧾🔪
👗 FASHION ENERGY: It’s giving “I brunch,” “I own a fragrance with my name,” and “No, I won’t attend your pyramid scheme party.” Just walking around the store, you feel like you deserve a personal assistant and your own line of cologne. 💼🍾📞
🚪 FINAL THOUGHTS? Michael Kors Outlet at Sawgrass is where your inner trophy wife and outer accountant agree on something. I came in for “just a peek” and left feeling like I should be drinking rosé in the back of a G-Wagon. 🥂🚙

I was greeted by a young man named Nelson which was amazing and so up beat but then he went to go help another customer and got greeted by a old lady name Carmen which said she was one of the managers and she offered me an additional discount over $500. So after selecting all my merchandise and went to make my purchase they ask me who help me and I told them it was both of them the young man Nelson and older lady name Carmen, I hear who he lady go to the cashier and tell her that she is stealing her sales and it was her. I was so confused because I just stated that BOTH helped me. So when I asked for the additional discount that Carmen offered me WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I bought more then one bag they denied me because I never bought before. Which I could have said that. I could tell you that I don’t buy over $500 often at all. So when I went to Carmen to ask her why they are denying the discount when she is the one that offered it to me? All she kept saying was they stealing my sales but yet I wasn’t her sale from the very begging it was the young man sale because he was the one that was helping me 1st. Carmen then told me just use the email she was giving me and the managers will honor it with the email she gives me. I questined it because in the begging she stated she was a mananger, which come to find out she is not. I felt that was sneaky, dishonest and unethical. Since I live far away, I decided to call this store to make a purchase over the phone. I called on April 10, 2025, and someone answered, and I asked for more details about the item. They said they needed to check and asked me to hold for a moment. After that, I was completely forgotten — I stayed on hold for 34 minutes!!!, waiting for a response, but no one ever came back on the line. Really? How can someone work in customer service and just leave a customer?
Still, I gave them another second and the last chance and called again on April 11, 2025. A store associate picked up and asked me to text the shipping details to their cell phone, which I did. I then followed up with a question about the order, and once again, the store associate disappeared!!! I didn’t get a response until Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 6 PM! They had forgotten about me again, and I waited 2 days for a reply! I then confirmed that I was ready to pay for the order. They told me they would process it… and then disappeared once more!!! Since then, I haven’t heard anything back from the store associate, nor did I make a purchase. (Today is April 17, 2025).
How can customers be treated like this? I am a Michael Kors Red Carpet customer, and this is how I was treated. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be reporting this to the Michael Kors...
