Finding Rachel was pure serendipity! My parents had spent some time at other local jewelers, looking for someone to repair the clasp on my father's heirloom necklace he always wears. They had received some high quotes, and a few timelines that were longer than hoped. After giving up for the day, they saw a sign for pizza and pulled into the lot to pick up some dinner. They couldn't find the pizza place, but they found Rachel's shop, and she was still open! After chatting a bit, she was able to replace the clasp immediately and asked for nothing in return except for us to share our experience here.
