I had signed my son up for 1st grade jr jazz. The day of the first practice I got an email detailing the guidelines for the practice and future games. I was told in the email that I could not bring his siblings. Which is a problem because I have 5 kids 7 down to 2. I could not leave them, and I would not send my 7 year old alone. So I called to ask for my money back. The lady that I talked to, her name was Debbie, was very rude to me. She argued with me for a while on the phone first telling me that I could get a babysitter or have a neighbor watch my kids or to switch off with my husband, which she doesn't know me and what if I didn't have a husband? She also was telling me it was my fault that I didn't know the policy, that they expect us to know any changes and that it was up to me to know I wouldn't get my money back when I had not been told that when I signed my kid up. She was very disrespectful, condescending, told me multiple times that the woman in charge has to prioritize her calls and that I probably won't hear back from her for a while. Saying that I was low on the priority list. However the lady above her did authorize the refund the same day. Proving, this Debbie lady that she was wrong. I really hope that they do something about this. Because of this lady I will never sign any of my kids up for anything at the rec center. She was very rude to me and even when I was crying continued to argue with me. Instead of saying that she would let the people above her know and leaving it at that. Super unprofessional and I will be telling everyone I can about the terrible...

One excuse after another to kick pickleball players out. With none to 3 basketball players there; a large number of pickleball players get kicked out. When there is plenty of room for all to play both with 2 full gyms. When you walk in the front door you get greeted with, "make sure your done by 12 noon for the basketball players" then pickleball players are kicked out and no basketball players are even there. Why does our tax payer dollars pay for ignorance from a desk worker during open play times as well. A manager with real experience would know how to manage his people and something as simple as a gym that works with the public. I'm speaking for myself but can assure you the same is...
